I visited this hotel as an external consultant and feel a responsibility to share my experience as a warning to future guests. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the place lacked professionalism and genuine hospitality. There was only one guest staying at the entire hotel, and aside from the receptionist – who did their best to maintain some level of service – the staff appeared indifferent and disengaged, mostly sitting around focused on their phones. The breakfast buffet was extremely poor and far below what one should expect from a hotel aiming to attract guests. The entire atmosphere felt sloppy and unambitious. Most concerning is that the hotel appears to be used more as a private hangout spot by the owner and their acquaintances than as a functioning hospitality business. Since my visit, I’ve learned that the hotel is up for sale, which could indicate financial instability – something that should raise red flags for potential visitors. My advice: Avoid booking rooms through platforms that require prepayment, and be cautious. In its current state, this hotel feels like a sinking ship.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights in the lovely, completely refurbished, stylish and cosy hotel in the center Grächen. Fantastic. The entire staff is wonderfully attentive and kind, the room was perfect and the location is ideally central. The room price includes a grand breakfast buffet and access to 2 fabuhlous saunas, a hammam, special ice showers and a beautiful relaxing room with free fruit and lemon water and access to a lovely little garden with lounge chairs. Payment is required if you want to use the 2 individual jacuzzis and foot baths and a full service massage. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

We've been with my husband in this wonderful place! An excellent service, perfect cleanliness and the hotel workers all super friendly! It has a wonderful spa and the food in their restaurant is delicious. Everything really impeccable! I highly recommend it for any type of trip, with a partner, friends, family. So worth it, hopefully will be back next year.

The place has a nice terrace, a beautiful garden and a fine spa. Rooms and restaurant are quite mediocre though and some of the local Swiss staff are almost hostile to their guests.
