It was my first time in Saas Fee, but definitely not the last one. I had an absolutely amazing hiking week there. The hotel’s location is brilliant, the room had everything I needed, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I also truly enjoyed the warm, family-like atmosphere of the hotel.
Thank you for everything – I hope to return again in a few years. At least, that’s my plan for now! :)

There are some great advantages to this Hotel. Close to the main bus station in town. Proximately 12 minute walk to main Gondolas. So location was good. It was clean an tidy. However the owner an his wife were not very hospitable. When asking for basic resort /hotel information, the owner ,Patrick, became aggressive .The first morning he freely admitted to not liking British people.!! There is no facilities at the hotel for ski gear. Just a small cupboard. You do have use of a ski room cellar, its secure, radiators for warmth ,but no boot heaters to dry your boots over night.This facility is

A beautiful and welcoming hotel, with spacious rooms and balconies offering a stunning view of the Allalin glaciers.
The hotel location is magnificent: the town center is just steps away, and the bus terminal is also very close. It's truly central. The hotel is bright and sunny, thanks to its large front garden.
The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming: Patrick and his wife, Jutta, explained the local activities to do. Patrick picked us up and took us back to the parking lot with our bags. The entire staff, kind and professional, made our stay a wonderful experience.
Perfectly clean. The generous breakfast buffet, with excellent products, including local ones, is delicious. The bread deserves a special mention: various types, freshly baked and delicious.
Patrick is also the chef of the in-house restaurant and is truly skilled in the kitchen. Every evening there was a different menu and it was always excellent. Very good food.
Highly recommended.

We, my kids and I, spent time in Park Hotel those past years. I guess 5 or 6 times. It has been always a pleasure to go back. Nothing has changed, and nothing need to change, as it has been always a perfect experience.

I have been coming to Park Hotel for as long as I can remember. From when I was a little kid to now 28 years old. For more than 20 years, this has been our home away from home in Switzerland, and no matter where I go, it's always a place I love going back to. Some of my best memories were made here.
Patrick and Jutta are amazing hosts that make everyone feel at home and are happy to help out with any questions you might have.
The food is excellent, so I highly advise taking dinner in the hotel. Breakfast has everything you need to get you going for a day hiking in the amazing mountains surrounding the hotel.
I highly recommend coming here to explore the Saas-valley and enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife!

We had a wonderful experience at tre Park hotel. It is a small and very friendly hotel where we received a very warm welcome from Jutta, Patrick and all the staff. The location is ideal - within 10 minutes walk you can be walking in the peaceful forest covered mountains (we saw wild deer on one walk), and 5 minutes in the other direction you are in the heart of the village. It is far enough away from the bars so that you are not disturbed. The food at the hotel is a particular highlight. Breakfast is varied and the evening meals are outstanding, including the local speciality of raclette. It is clear Patrick rightly takes great pride in his cooking.

A fantastic trip 8 of us spent New Year at The Park Hotel and it was a fantastic experience from making the booking to the lift back to the bus depot at 6:15 in the morning Patrick and his team cannot do enough for you. He arranged our lift passes at a discounted rate, took us to the ski locker first day. Even had Swiss travel plug adapters as our Euro ones didn’t seem to fit. The food is excellent and plentiful and so is the wine all served by the brilliant Santy. Cannot recommend this hotel enough not sure why it’s only 3 star definitely deserves more.

The very high standards in the Park Hotel, first experienced by me almost 20 years ago, have been maintained in every respect. This is a smallish hotel, with delightful owners, attentive and helpful staff, who let you get on with your holiday and are available if and when required. Enjoyable and plentiful breakfasts - with dinner option. Dinner is cooked by Patrick who owns and manages the hotel with his wife, Jutta. The B&B/Half-board options are entirely flexible, on a day-by-day basis. Comfortable bedrooms, some of which have fabulous views of the surrounding mountains - from individual balconies.
