Some days ago, I was eating in Valrose,we enjoyed the food,but nothing exceptional. Exceptional was the outstanding service and the warm welcoming.

At the „Bistro“ side of the VaLrose, the quality of the food and ingredients is undeniably excellent. The cheeseburger for the kids was outstanding, with a perfectly cooked patty and an amazing, slightly crunchy bun. The nuggets and homemade fries were equally impressive—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The regional meat platter and the Caesar salad were both delicious, showcasing fresh and well-prepared ingredients. While the service was generally good, it wasn’t quite perfect—especially at the beginning, when it was a bit slow, almost appeared uncoordinated although the place wasnt full..
That being said, I would definitely come back. On my last visit, I had the cheese fondue, which was also amazing!

This Hotel and their Staff are amazing. We arrived on their doorstep with nowhere to stay, as we had been let down by our pre-arranged hotel and they welcomed us in, offered us a room for our 4 night stay in the village. The room was excellent, very comfortable with everything we needed and great views of the mountain side and ski slope. The Restaurant food and service were first class. You could not fault the menu, the presentation and the food was delicious. Again the staff were helpful and friendly. We would like to thank all the Staff for their kindness, efficiency and friendly manner. We would like especially to thank Liz and Maelle, for being so helpful and lovely when we arrived on the doorstep un announced. We will certainly like to return and would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone we speak too.

Not impressed 😕 we had dinner the other day. We started with a nice-looking salad. Unfortunately, there was way too much dressing, just overpowering. The burgers were OK, but the service was terrible, unfriendly, and unattentive. You can and must do better than that. I hope it was just a stormy night...

A very big thank you to all the staff, gourmet restaurant worthy of a 2 Michelin star, very relaxed atmosphere in the room, the 9-course menu is very well thought out and worked with lots of details, very comfortable room, good breakfast, thank you for this experience, above all nothing

We were able to enjoy an exquisite dinner that pampered all our senses. The excellent rating of 18 points is an understatement. A delight for the eyes and the stomach. The staff were very attentive, extremely friendly and had a lot of patience with our lack of French. The overnight stay in Valrose No. 4 put another star on the whole. A big thank you to the kitchen, service and reception.

Everything is perfect, a symphony of taste and colors, a service organized like a musical score with sympathy and a smile, delicious and imaginative cuisine, surprise with each dish, tasting first with the eyes, then a great taste very well balanced. Pretty little room with everything you need, perfect decoration. Very good breakfast with regional products. Very nice renovation of the hotel in a beautiful style. Thank you to the whole team for this good time.
