We had a wonderful and memorable week at the Hermitage Hotel. The food was delicious, very fresh and generous. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa, pool, and sauna were excellent. There are plenty of tennis, squash, and hiking opportunities nearby. We felt safe during COVID-19, which was especially important for me during my pregnancy. Special thanks to Angelo for the excellent service, Julias Cesar for the most delicious breakfasts we've ever had, and the wonderful musician who played beautiful music every day. We loved our stay and will be back!

The hotel is located very near to the train station and some ski areas. This seems to be a hotel that is great if you like to ski and a nice spa area and sauna relaxing room and pool. The staff are all nice efficient and super friendly. My suite was large and new, huge closet and large bathroom with steam shower and free standing tub. All very clean. There is a bit of noise in the morning, the train woke me up, but no noise of other guests or doors. The breakfast is fresh and a large choice, the dinner menu is great and the cake buffet in the afternoon is the best all home made and lots of vegan choices! The dine room set up is very charming a lot of small rooms with different themes and you sit on the same tale with the same waiter which is very comfortable.

Good morning ! I went with a friend to have breakfast at the hotel and we were super well received from the entrance to the buffet!! We ate one of the best omelets I've ever tasted, and all thanks to the friendliness and kindness of Mr. Julio Cesar, he did everything to make sure everything was to our liking! I will definitely return to eat another omelet made by him! All the staff were the best, without a doubt the buffet is super well-stocked and nothing is missing! Thank you very much for the experience!

We had a wonderful 8 nights at Ermitage hotel. We arrived early, but they let us in the spa area to relax and then we had lunch and were let in our room at 3.30 pm. Check in time is 4 pm. Our room was nice, I requested a tea cattle and it was given right away together with two nice cups and spoons. The cleaning service was impeccable. The only disappointing was that shower enclosure glass wall was not long enough, water would get on the floor of the bathroom. Spa area is nice, lots of steam rooms, enough room to rest and relax and the view from the outside salt pool is beautiful. Food was plentiful and tasty, especially the cakes at 3pm. Most recommended, we will be back.

Wonderful resort located in the neighborhood of the lovely and charming Gstaad. To be mentioned are in particular the fully equipped spa and the availability of all the staff members, encompassing also Italian, French and English speaking personnel. Among the distinctive features of this really idyllic location, to be mentioned are the super efficient means of transports (buses and a little beautiful train, offering itself also in the outstanding Orient express old-style version), connecting Schoenried with Gstadd, Saanen until Montreaux and Interlaken. Such really efficient connections allow to live the beauties of the surroundings without the need to make use of the private car, which is undoubtedly a great advantage. While checking out, we had some payment problems due to the not acceptance of the Maestro debit cards, but all the staff members have been very supportive and at the end we have been able to fix this issue.

What an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived at Hotel Ermitage, we felt embraced by the warmth and tranquility of the Alps. The breathtaking views, the immaculate attention to detail, and the gracious staff created a sense of peace and luxury that is rare to find. The guided hikes and outdoor activities brought the beauty of the region to lifenand made each excursion feel both effortless and inspiring. It was a well-curated and memorable experience.

Ermitage is a wonderful hotel where the guest is always at the center of attention from all the staff. It was a very pleasant and relaxing vacation, with the only downside being dinner, which did not meet our expectations in terms of either variety or quality.

If your after a winter escape for skiing or just a spa break we absolutely loved it. The spa facilities were the best we have ever been to. Great location for train from the airport was so easy. We are already planning on coming back next year. The staff were amazing and friendly couldnt do enough for you.

We had a day spa pass as we were staying in Gstaad. It was about a 12 minute train ride and 5 minute walk to spa. We had use of the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and had also scheduled massages. The spa provides you with a locker key, bathrobe, towel and slippers. They had nice changing areas along with showers. Once we were done, we went up to the Million Stars Bar and had a drink. I recommend making a stop here!

Every thing about this hotel is just 5stars,,from breakfast to salad lunch to cakes and pastries in the evening and an excellent dinner at night. The salt pool in an open air was truly mesmerizing,only problematic is check in at 4, not acceptable please,, waiting for 3.50 minutes to get a room no way
