hotel was very close to the train station and overlooked a beautiful lake, the hotel is located up a very steep slope uphill so it was quite difficult for us to push our luggage up, only to realise the hotel actually offered free pickup services, so friendly reminder to call the hotel once you’re off the train!

overall an amazing experience, definitely recommended!

An amazing stay with fantastic views of the lake and mountains.. a short walk from the train station and they have shuttle service to send you down too when checking out.. The food at the restaurant is very nice and reasonably priced..

This luxurious hotel is a slice of paradise on Lake St Moritz. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and clean. Great breakfast spread with stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Recommended

Absolutely stunning! The restaurant directly overlooks the lake, and with the vibrant autumn colors and a touch of frost, this hotel on Lake St. Moritz is truly beautiful. From the hotel, you can easily reach various lakes in the Engadin region by bus, and the hotel even provides a free bus pass. We had a car so we didn't end up using it.

The hotel has a great location, not far from the main St. Moritz train station. After getting off the train, you can walk under the train tracks, cross the main road towards Lake St. Moritz, and you'll see the hotel right away.

The only downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so walking uphill might be tiring, especially if you have a lot of luggage. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning – truly breathtaking.

The service and assistance were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. There were also Thai-speaking staff members overseeing the dining area.

The hotel faces Lake St. Moritz in the Alps, and the large platform in front of the hotel is a convenient parking spot for those traveling by car and also a great place for taking photos. The hotel breakfast is excellent, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery while you eat.

Lovely hotel right on the lake with a wonderful view. Comfortable room with a great shower! The only meal I had was breakfast and it was a very, very nice buffet. I was only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the facilities more.

The room smells bad.
It's quite expensive.
Halal food should be provided because there are many Muslim visitors.
The breakfast table has been booked for someone else, we ourselves didn't know there was a reservation like that until we finished eating, no one filled the reservation table, it would be better if whoever comes first can choose the dining table. Because it's a waste to reserve but other visitors are disadvantaged.

It's very conveniently located near the station and the lake.

There's no sidewalk leading to the entrance, so there's a steep slope where you have to walk alongside the car, which can be quite dangerous.

The room was clean and tidy, with a window facing the lake.

The bathroom had a heated towel rack and provided some disposable toiletries like conditioner, a shower cap, and soap (I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't unpack them, so I'm not sure if they included a toothbrush or toothpaste).

The entire hotel had a wood-like smell, which I personally didn't like.

The pictures were taken in the parking lot at the entrance.
