The hotel is perfectly located in front of the train station. Service throughout were generally excellent as they were friendly and proactive in helping us. The only staff that ruined our whole experience was the lady working the night shift at check in on the night of 3 March. We asked her a single question in English and she replied in perfect English that she does not speak English and for us to “speak with my colleague tomorrow”. Such a pity for a single staff to ruin everything.

We had a great time here. They let us bring our cat and there was a very friendly German lady (sorry I forget the name) at the front desk who helped us out with everything. She also really liked our cat which was cute.

Pontresina closed, but station open. No problems at all, ideally located opposite the train station. Nice bar. Only had breakfast, but others were eating evening meals, (we went to alp grum for tea) . Staff were great, room was warm. No problems.

The location is very good, right in front of the Pontresina station. The staff were kind and welcomed us warmly even though it was before check-in time. There was a restaurant on-site, so we had no trouble finding dinner. The room was clean. The shower booth only had what appeared to be body soap, and the tube was clogged, so we couldn't use it, but we brought our own shampoo and other items, so it wasn't a problem. The water pressure was sufficient and water didn't leak outside the booth. It was quite cold in the mornings and evenings in mid-April, but if we closed the windows and curtains, the room was warm and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with a wide variety of breads, cheeses, hams, yogurt, fruits, and drinks.

Hotel with a great location and accommodations. The train is right out front so there’s perfect access to surrounding areas and hiking. Ricardo’s restaurant had wonderful breakfasts and their lasagna was fantastic! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, booked with Booking Com. They do not mention the negative experiences. WiFi in the central hall good but in bedroom bad connection. We found negative but Booking Com does not mention that in the review, otherwise good and perfect Italian restaurant. Morning breakfast is good.

Very warm welcome and flexibel waiter to fulfill the kids menu desire. Has nice wines in the per glass offer. Beef filet was perfect. I'll come back for sure. Thanks
