I never expect the hotel is far away from the town of St. Moritz. But the hotel front desk are very friendly and helpful, offer me several service to solve my panic (I have many luggage) which I very difficult to carry the luggage to walk about 20+ mins from bus stop during snow time. Their service is seriously impress me. And their hotel, very good quality and nice view of St. Moritz! I will rebook again if I come back again!

The hotel was very nice, very pleasant, and the food was exquisite. We just never realized it was located in the mountains. They didn't tell us that when we booked our room.

We were sold a double bed, they buy us in a room with 3 single beds in a 4th floor with no elevator. We had to carry very heavy luggage upstairs. The building was pretty empty, we should have been given better accommodations.

We stayed at the hostel. Everything was very clean and the facilities were good. The only downside is that there's no elevator, and carrying a large suitcase is a problem. They also needed to clear the snow from the entrance, as walking with non-snow shoes was difficult. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the facilities were very good. The fondue at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Loved staying here! We don’t typically stay in hostels but this place was excellent! The staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a private room with shared bathroom and showers. The bathroom and showers were super clean and the showers had great water pressure and heat. The spa in the pictures is not included it is additional, but it’s a nice option to have. The shuttle is really nice and the driver is great! The view from our room was incredible. We wished we were staying longer. Wish there was coffee and tea in the rooms. Breakfast was pretty good. Dinner at the Swiss restaurant was pricey but very good. Very happy 10/10 recommend!

Since its a hostel, the washroom is separate from the room. Will not reserve a hostel next time.

We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money.

Great location, clean, confortable. Walking distance to the ski lift. Great breakfast buffet in the hotel, tranquil location, free shuttle is a plus! Ideally for those who love to ski and don’t want to pay the premium of staying in St Moritz!

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are very clean and homey. My room also faces a magnificent view of the mountains. Tables and chairs facing the mountains are also available on the field, It’s really peaceful and calming to just sit and enjoy the view. The service was also excellent, I was given a room upgrade with no charge at all!! So that my room could be closer to my family’s rooms. There’s also a playground for kids to enjoy. If you’re looking for a place to stay in St.Moritz I really recommend Randolins. Perfect for all ages, family gatherings and staycations.
