The room was so small we couldn’t even pass each other. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bed sunk in the middle and the pillows were horrible. We woke up with back aches every morning. The entry way and hall rugs were stained and dirty. Elbow kept hitting the faucet in the shower and turning the water off. Definitely not worth the money

We were given the option of staying at the Hotel Toscana, and I was happy that it didn't have shared bathrooms.
However, the cleanliness left something to be desired... some staff members were very polite, but others were unhelpful.
In short, it wasn't bad, but I wouldn't choose it again.

Budget-friendly accommodation with great value. The city location is convenient, and cooking your own meals is fun.

Very convenient, very close to the train station. The room is as pictured and quite clean. The view from the window is absolutely stunning. Everything is expensive in Switzerland. For three people, this price is quite good value. It could also accommodate four people.

The facilities are relatively old, with a kitchen and two shared toilets. The price of a domestic five-star hotel, the experience of a youth hostel. This is the only way to stay in a popular scenic spot. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very enthusiastic.

Interlaken is very close to the West Station, with convenient transportation. The house is also beautiful, with a large kitchen on the first floor. If I had known, I would have stayed here for a few more days to radiate the surrounding areas.

The room was really clean and the location is really great (5 min from Interlaken West). It had everything we needed, so the stay was comfortable.

A shame of a hostel! We got a room in the basement, without heat A6, next to a dirty kitchen, which was wall to wall with our room, so you could hear all the noises. Dirty toilet, I didn't even dare to take a shower. The entrance door was wide open, both in front and behind, at all hours, which did not give you a sense of security at all. The only advantage is that it is very close to the Interlaken West train station, otherwise only minuses! Do not recommend at all!My 8-year-old girl was stung by bed bugs, I think, by some insects anyway.
