The room was large and spacious, with a balcony offering a direct view of the Jungfraujoch – the scenery was beautiful. The hotel service was excellent, and there were many public facilities available. You could even book various yoga and fitness classes, or play tennis. A two-night stay was a great experience. The town's main commercial street is just a short walk away.

The room was a very suitable size for two people, and the amenities were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. However, the heating was worse than expected, and I actually suffered from the cold at night. Nevertheless, I was satisfied with the stay, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Great location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though. My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.

The room was great, directly facing the big strawberry field where the paragliders land. It had a balcony with a lovely view, and the value for money was excellent. I was really impressed and highly recommend it!

The views were incredible! We could see Jungfraujoch right from our balcony, and there were even paragliders in the sky – truly unbeatable scenery. The hotel provided free public transport cards, which were super convenient for getting to both sides of the lake by bus. The bus stop was just a two-minute walk from the hotel, and right there, you'll find a chocolate shop with amazing chocolate ice cream

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel stands as the highest building in Interlaken so the view you wake up to is breathtaking. Rooms are clean, service is quick and excellent, And the value for your money is very apparent. By far the thing that stood out the most is the staff. Old tall hotel but a great location in centre short walk from either train station room being updated at the moment so a bit noisy between 9 till 5 breakfast was good and varied had a meal in both restaurants both good the rooftop restaurant had great views.Hotel does seem out of place here being a Highrise building but does have the views.

From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the excellent service and comfortable surroundings throughout the hotel we were well taken care of. Location, views, nice rooms, pool, restaurants. This hotel has it all. The staff is quite friendly, always available, approachable, and all of them making an effort to communicate (if they speak your language they will). I would recommend it and would come back.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient. The hotel is conveniently located just 500 meters from the train station, and it's only one bus stop away, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast spread was excellent. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Interlaken. I loved the ethos of the hotel, promoting 0 waste and the bedroom products being of an excellent standard. Only disappointment for us was we arrived just as the restaurant and bar staff holidays were starting so couldn't use the bar or restaurant......but loved everything else Would return and stay again.....

We stay here for couple of times for our mini trip to mountains of Jungfraujoch region for ski as well during some other events and it was always great experience and easy going stay. Staff is always welsoming and attentive to detailes, very approachable and helpfull, someone always present at front desk and ready to assist with some advise - no metter if its for city stay or discovering the region...

We really liked this hotel. It was brilliantly situated for the station and the town. The room was great, perfectly adequate and with the added bonus of a gorgeous little balcony where we could sit and watch the sun go down. The star of the show was the food in the evening. I had vegetarian dishes and the salads and they were fab. Big thank you to Philipp who looked after us so so well.

Staff is rude with bad attitude. the reception is only opened till 10pm and no one to assist with check-in. The environment was not good as well. There was construction going on and was super noisy since very early in the morning. The construction noise last for hours and nonstop...could not get any sleep at all with the noise.

Haha... actually, the mountain view was pretty good! At first, I felt so disappointed when it snowed, but then it suddenly cleared up for a bit, letting me experience the Alps. I felt it wasn't a wasted trip after all. Though, it might not be as beautiful without the snow.

Lack of amenties. No water kettle. Pillow way too soft. But having said very convenient. Easy to get around with bus just outside the hotel.

This hotel is co-located with a nursing home. The breakfast was delicious, and I saw many retirees and staff members there. The hotel also provided a city transport card, allowing free unlimited bus rides.

I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here.

The first night the shower in our room was too hot that we couldn't take the shower. It was fixed only on the 2nd day. Breakfast spread is rather limited and charges extra for omelette which are normally included in most breakfast packages. However, they do have hard boiled eggs in their breakfast package. Location The hotel is centrally located in Interlaken. Interlaken Ost train station is about an 8-minute walk away, and a bus stop is just about 100 meters away. This is very convenient for excursions in the region. Room The room was beautifully decorated in an appealing Baroque style, making it cozy and elegant. Great location. Building is super cool looking and has easy access to supermarkets and other things in the area. There are apparently 3 bars that are in the bottom level of the hotel but I was too scared to check them out because they looked like the kind of place my mom would drink at.

Hotel location is great as it’s within walking distance to the train station and shops. Breakfast were good. However, staff members weren’t friendly and amenities were not provided. Room was too hot and there was no way to control the temperature. We had to use fan all nights.

The hotel is right in the city center, surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants. There's even a Chinese restaurant directly behind the hotel. Getting around is also easy, with a bus stop nearby that goes to the train station.

The room has a balcony with a great view. The 1.8-meter bed frame holds two 0.9-meter mattresses. The old gentleman at the front desk is very patient, explaining the check-in process, transportation, breakfast, luggage storage, and key card usage in detail to every guest.

Stayed here during end Nov 25. Hotel is very closed to Interlaken West station and bus station. Walking distance to hotel. We had a quiet room as requested. Near Coop supermarket, chinese eatery and Indian restaurant. Clean room with basic necessity, overlooking the landing area of paragliding. Breakfast has same items everyday for our stay of 4 days.

My fiance and I went, and stayed for nine days. It was a great choice! The view from our balcony was gorgeous! The bus stopped right in front of the hotel. We paid for breakfast to be included, and that was worth it. It was a great stay!

Absolutely beautiful location on the lake. Booked a lake view room on first floor, with shared balcony, very nice. Room comfortable with all you needed. Restaurant food and breakfast very nice. Advise having a car if you stay there a is a bit of a drive into town. No lift to floors is the only negative.

Excellent location, about 15 minutes walk to town centre. Rooms are clean. We had a balcony opening to the outer side. Few amenities were lacking. Room had kettle (which we needed) but nothing to make tea, not even cups. We had to buy sugar and milk and borrow glasses from the reception to make tea. Similarly bathroom didn't have a hair dryer. However all in all it was good and if I had to go again...

We stayed in a hotel room with a breathtaking mountain view. Beds are small but comfy, though I would recommend bringing a pillow or doubling up on the ones provided as they squish very easily. Best hotel I have stayed so far. Very clean, tidy , free water is available at reception. have lot of space to hangout at common lounge and you can eat your own food at there common area restaurant as well. Staff is very helpful. We stayed in the Mattenhof Resort during our trip in Switzerland. We missed our last bus and hence had to stay in Interlaken. Luckily we got a booking at a very low price in this resort and the stay was pleasant. The hotel is pet friendly and Nice location :)

Everything about my stay was exceptional. The view is breathtaking, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. A special mention to the staff member who offered excellent recommendations for things to do in Interlaken and was so willing to answer all my questions. At Hotel Beausite, I had a scare during check-in when none of my cards worked. Their card reader wouldn’t let me enter my PIN and kept showing “last PIN try incorrect” for all my cards — even my debit card. Thankfully, I was able to withdraw cash from a nearby ATM to pay for my stay. I honestly thought Expedia had already charged me, but I was wrong. The hotel is super easy to find, just a 3-5 minute walk from Interlaken West Station. From West Station, you can buy tickets to anywhere, and it's also very close to the boat pier, making the location really convenient. They offer free luggage storage too. The building itself is a bit old, so the facilities aren't super modern, but the bedding was dry and pretty clean. Room 4 gets sun from two sides...

Hotels in Interlaken were all so expensive, so I booked this one which was relatively affordable. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable! It's also close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. I have no complaints.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the West Station. The room is very spacious, equipped with a sofa and a mini-bar. The bathroom seems to have been recently renovated, and even toiletries like toothbrushes are provided. The breakfast is also quite good, and there's a mountain view from the window. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied.

The hotel was fantastic, with excellent service. They even upgraded my room! Its location is super convenient, just a short right turn from Interlaken West train station. There are also plenty of service centers and restaurants nearby, including a good Chinese restaurant called 'Taoranju'.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of town with a supermarket nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. They also have a small elevator, so you don't have to lug your luggage around, which is a huge plus! I really enjoyed the lovely snacks provided, as well as the coffee and tea bags. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's pretty standard for a four-star hotel

We stayed at Salzano for 2 nights after getting married. They were amazing and very accommodating. We booked a romance dinner for 2 at the restaurant during our stay which was absolutely amazing. A gem a little off the beaten path We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and we very much felt at home. The family that owns and runs the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The on site restaurant is delicious. The hotel is a bit outside of Interlaken, but we loved that part of it. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

This very charming hotel was very comfortable and had a lovely spa attached. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. We had some of our best meals on our trip here at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind.

We love our stay in Salzano Hotel & Spa. It was very relaxing stay. Very charming chalet style hotel and spa. It’s not in the center Interlaken but from Interlake OST (east) and Interlaken West were the main train hub it Bus 21 takes you to Salzano Hotel. Spa only open till 9pm.

Had a great stay at the Stella. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, beautiful views from our balcony. When we flagged a malfunctioning light, it was repaired very quickly. The cleaning staff made the rooms welcoming after a long day, and everyone was friendly. Lovely to see that the hotel is also something of a community hub!
