The hotel has a fantastic location, one minute from the station. The swimming pool and wellness areas were relaxing and never crowded. the half board buffets were tasty and filling enough for our 4 hungry young people. The family room was huge with beautiful views.

Chef cook very attentive to ensure gluten-free dinner was made available and also some waiters made sure that there was gluten-free bread prepared (Thanks Tobias and Maria) ! The wellness area but pls also take care that the cold water tube is cold and the hot one is hot !

Great place! In the winter I highly recommend half board. Totally worth it.

One of the best holiday resorts I've been to. Rooms are comfortable and the terrace gave beautiful views of the mountains. The pool alone was worth the trip. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Across the street from the train station. All makes for a perfect holiday.

Wengen is a very nice place to stay at the Jungfrau region. The hotel is next to the train station, easy to access. Our room had a great view towards the mountains. Enjoyed the spa and the restaurant.

This is a really great hotel. I've stayed a couple of times, both in the winter and summer and hope to return. Staff are always welcoming and helpful, breakfast is great, room (same on both trips) was quite small but nicely decorated and with sensational views. The old world charm might not be to everyone's taste, but for me it's part of the appeal.

The hotel had the B&B charm with the privacy of a hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was excellent! The views from our room were absolutely exquisite and when we opened up the deck door to let in the mountain air and sunshine, it was just so refreshing and delightful. Plus there was easy access to skiing, sledging, and snowshoeing which is a huge plus for a winter getaway

Mountain view rooms may have the best views in Jungfrau. Marion makes the stay excellent! From breakfast to recommending excursions. One of my party was travelling with a injury and Marion went out of her way to make us all comfortable. Walking distance to trains, restaurants, hikes. Stay at alpenruhe!

The room is small, but the scenery nearby is great and it's very quiet. You can see the snow-capped mountains while sleeping on the bed. It has a small balcony. The scenery in Wengen is great, but some roads have a steep slope of 60 degrees, which is not friendly for pushing suitcases.

Thomas was a great host. Showed us around the property and gave us tips on what to see in the area! Will stay there again.

The hotel is very easy to reach from Wengen's train station and also super close to the slopes, which was perfect for us. Fabulous staff! Ski right off the slopes to live music, laughter, & a gorgeous environment of people from all over. Very friendly for families and gatherings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
