The hotel front desk closes at 6 PM! I arrived at the hotel just before 6:10 PM... Luckily, there were still staff members there when I arrived, and at the same time, I received a call from Ctrip's customer service...

Not what is shown in the pictures. We were given a room in the separate building filled with spiderwebs. Rooms are small, low beds, no view of the lake, not worth it!

Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun.

Amazing hotel and view
Undoubtedly the best hotel view I’ve ever experienced! Breakfast wonderful (more amazing views!) and excellent staff. Onsite free parking.

If you want to stay in a comfortable place. This is it. Its quite, beautiful.
Praise for the staff is all i have. Even before i left LA, I called and was helped by Stephanie. She is the best. As a foreigner i needed guidance and she gave it... i followed it and had no problems.
The restaurant is awesome.... the wait staff is down to earth friendly.
As for the .... the room is spotless... Clean to perfection.

The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Thun.
However, the hotel is up about 200-300 feet above the road where you get the bus. Also, for a $450 room there was no phone, no mimnifridge or even a coffee maker in the room. There is hardly anyone at the front desk- the same staff manges the restaurant.

The views are great. But you can hear the people upstairs walking around a lot. Not much within the walking distance and everything closes really early. The restaurant was good

My spouse and I came here and we are very happy. The food is exquisite, the hotel is perfect, the service is excellent, the attention and care from the staff are wonderful. Why would you write something like that and try to lower the hotel's rating? Everyone who comes here will already be satisfied and will share a good experience. I think you're being ridiculous and you should delete that comment. Because you're a liar, you're lying. Everything is perfect. It's a very beautiful hotel, we are very pleased here. Such a location, lake view, amazing. The food, service, and cleanliness all impressed me. We spend our lives in hotels due to our work. Even I couldn't write any comment because there is nothing bad.
