Modern hotel decorated like a ship. Conveniently situated at the heart of Thun on the island

Hotel ☆☆☆☆ - a sufficient level of comfort and cleanliness. On the banks of the river. Rooms with a claim to some modern. Breakfast was very good.

Cheap 4 star hotel. In principle, the quality at the claimed level. I liked this hotel.

• Nice hotel on the river in a city centre or near it. The rooms were basic with not much to them, but had all the basics you needed. The breakfast was okay, not the largest selection and you had to cook your own eggs. I get why they’d do that, but it makes your stay a slightly less comfortable, when you have to partially cook your own breakfast.
• It was located in a convenient part of town with a lot of restaurants near (walking distance), but the hotel itself under construction, so the access wasn’t the best. Which is okay, not much they can do about that. Also parking is in a detached garage, but not uncommon for historic towns.
• Overall a good stay, would probably stay again, but nothing extraordinary.

The food was great and the staffs were very friendly. The size of the meal was decent and I believe it's worth the price. All these combined with the lake view, it was great!

Great reception and friendly staff make a great start to the stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is excellent as is the service.

Couple days stay here is an amazing, riverside hotel, old building around, flags, clean and just across the bridge then walks few minute to get the castle

Great location in Thun which is a wonderful place to visit. Rooms are very small with poor ventilation. Average cuisine which the town centre with a good choice of restaurants can compensate.
