Decent room decent sized, it’s on top of a restaurant but it wasn’t loud even though it was a Friday night. However, there isn’t air conditioning provided in the rooms, and the only way to get ventilation was to open the windows at night which makes it difficult to sleep. For the price point I would recommend other hotels instead

Beautiful hotel with magnificent views. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms were small but adequate. The kitchen was fully equipped. Half hour drive to Grindelwald which is very nice to go skiing. We especially liked the friendliness from the owners so we will come back for sure!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just outside the West Railway Station. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and introduced a lot to us when we checked in. The hotel breakfast was also good, and you could sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery!

We stayed here for three nights. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the location was close to the train station. There were many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The only problem was that the bathroom was a bit small.

This is a review for the restaurant (on the 18th floor) rather than the hotel. I had a 2-course lunch there today. 25 CHF for a delicious main course including water & coffee. The food was amazing, the views were stunning and the service (Paulo) was excellent. There are a load of places to eat in Interlaken, and this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here loads of times. The view is great. Little things they could improve like a kettle. And having wardrobes with doors. Breakfast is extra. The indoor pool was taken away years ago sadly. Staff very friendly. Refurbished rooms do lack 4* quality. More like an IBIS. The unrefurbished rooms are better in some ways.

front desk team wasn't the friendliest though definitely efficient. rooms weren't the cleanest. adequate space to put up and sleep for the night during our time in interlaken.

Although location is good near Interlaken West station, price is too expensive during holiday seasons, while the quality is quite disappointing. Building is old and rooms are not clean. Too noisy from restaurants downstairs and loud music volume from other buildings. Overall the hotels in Interlaken are similar, suggest to figure out more about hotels in Grindelwald instead.

The hotel service is completely unmanned. I thought it was inconvenient at first, but I felt it was good after checking in. There is a shared space on the first floor of the hotel, which is open 24 hours a day and has a host to help answer questions. There is also a coffee machine available for use, which is very considerate. The room is very clean, except that the shower room is translucent.
