I stayed in the Executive Hipster Room. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely return to this hotel.

I spent two days at this hotel. I liked the location near the lake,the interesting design,and the delicious,varied breakfasts. The only thing that slightly detracted from my experience was the check in process: no one helped me with my luggage,and I am young petite woman. I had to carry my luggage to my room myself,and this was the first time I encountered such a situation in 27 countries. Overall ,everything was excellent,but I would have preferred a more attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel for convenience to the railway station. Bed was so comfortable and the free beverages were appreciated.

The room was modern and cozy, with all necessary amenities provided. The bed and bedding were comfortable. I was impressed with the staff, who helped us book taxis and find local attractions. The breakfast was decent, varied, and delicious.
I chose the location specifically for my business events. The waterfront promenade was within walking distance, and we enjoyed evening strolls there.

Convenient transportation links nearby. The cleanliness was quite good, especially for a European hotel, and the dining options were decent.

The rooms are quite modern, though the hallways are a bit cramped. It offers good value for money, and the breakfast was decent. Plus, it's only a 10-minute walk to Lake Geneva. I would recommend it.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've had in Switzerland, especially for a supposed four-star rating.

The room offered no soundproofing and was incredibly noisy.

Breakfast was a chaotic mess, with a strange mix of smells.

While the location seemed deceptively close on the map, navigating to the hotel with luggage from the drop-off point was a surprisingly long and convoluted journey with endless turns.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I faced several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, I was asked to provide a deposit of 1,000 CHF, which felt quite excessive and gave me the uncomfortable impression that the hotel staff doubted their guests’ trustworthiness. This was disappointing and left a negative first impression.

Additionally, although the weather was quite hot, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning. When I raised the issue with the hotel, I was informed that the AC only operates during the official summer season, which seemed unreasonable given the high temperatures during my stay.

On a positive note, I must mention that the hotel was very clean, and its location was excellent — close to all major attractions and essential facilities, which made moving around the city very convenient.

Overall, while the hotel has some strong qualities, improvements in guest service and basic amenities are necessary to provide a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel did not clean up the room on the second day despite i put the sign please make up room.

The location is pretty convenient and accessible. It was 1 minute walk away from the tram station and 2 stops away from Cornavin Station.

Staffs were friendly and approachable at all times. Even though, I didn’t mention that it will be my birthday, they prepared a small amenity for me on my second day stay. Truly appreciate it!

Hotel and the room is clean. Very pleasing to the eyes.

Room came with universal socket which came in handy since my luggage was delayed and I do not have travel adapter with me.

All in all, I had a really pleasant stay.
