Super convenient location, just a five-minute walk to both the train station and the lake – though Geneva isn't a huge city to begin with! 😂 The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I extended my stay for several nights and would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm back in town! Next time, I'll try the breakfast option.

My stay at Novotel Geneva was truly excellent, with the hotel offering a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality; the rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, the staff were consistently attentive and professional, and the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, while its central location made exploring Geneva’s lake, Old Town, and business districts effortless—overall, Novotel Geneva delivered a memorable experience that I would highly recommend to both leisure and business travelers.

Spacious and comfortable surroundings, friendly reception staff, clean and tidy rooms with ample space, convenient transportation access—overall, a very satisfying stay.

The room was quite comfortable, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel doesn't provide slippers or toiletries, so you'll need to bring your own. The hotel is close to the train station, offering a great location and convenient transportation.

The parking situation here is absolutely dreadful; you either need to be a professional driver or have a tiny car. It's the most cramped parking garage I've ever encountered in my life.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was very clean. We originally booked for three people, with one double bed and a sofa. When we got in, we saw the double bed was quite large, and they also helped set up a sofa bed. Later, we even asked the hotel for a public transport card.

The location is great, just a few steps away from food and drinks, and there's a pier behind it where you can take boat #2 to reach the Jet d'Eau.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the train station and close to Lake Geneva. There are also many highly-rated restaurants nearby, including a great selection of Chinese and Western cuisine. The rooms are very clean and fresh, and the breakfast spread is excellent!
