An unforgettable 5 star experience at the Four Seasons in Genève. The perfect blend of historic elegance, luxurious comfort, and impeccable, warm service made every moment special. Simply the best place to stay in the city. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional & terrible experience at Salon Dufour! First of all, when we entered the hotel, no one opened the door for us. I thought this was a 5 star hotel? We were there for afternoon tea at precisely 3pm & there was nothing on the menu but snacks & drinks. We waited for someone to take our order, but after 15 minutes I had to go to reception & ask for someone to help us. Finally a server came & took our orders & it took a while to get our drinks. The server put our tea cups down in a messy way & not in front of each person. Then when the tea pots came the server poured the tea & it dripped on both the teapot & the tea cup saucers. He never apologized or changed our tea cups. I wholly expect Four Seasons to have impeccable service as they are world-renowned & the atmosphere & service to be perfection. Instead this was a waste of time & money. I will never return.

It changed my perspective that there is still hope to experience luxury at Geneva hotels and finally a place that lives up to its promise. From arrival to departure staff couldnt be more kind, assistive and pleasant. They were always present and going above and beyond to assist. Room was also amazingly beautiful, historic but clean and beautiful. Bed super comfy as in all FS. All the food and beverage at the hotel is up to standard and both tasty and with best ingredients. Breakfast is very good and for European standards exceeding many hotels in terms of quality and varieties. Staff is amazing and I definitely will be back

The service is exceptional, Location and property are the best in Geneva. No kids club But created a cooking pasta class with printed photos of the kids they loved it! Japanese restaurant and the bar are amazing

Thank you for the Perfect hospitality. My room was very beautiful with side lake view and the white orchid on the window, so beautiful.. The service was fantastic, especially Dimitra in the lobby. I had an afternoon tea, OMG it was so delicious, totally recommend it! The breakfast was also fantastic! The Christmas decorations is top , so wonderful 🤗Thank you very much and also to the front office! I will come back 🫶

I have a great fondness for the Hotel Des Bergues, which I have been visiting for over 20 years. Alas, arriving on what appeared to be a very busy Wednesday afternoon, I was disappointed that the room allocated was decidedly shabby and battered with a shower over the bath, [yes really!]. I have a Four Seasons Elite membership, due to my frequent visits at the hotels. This allows me certain benefits: nevertheless, the deluxe classic room is degraded, carpet well worn, separate toilet with no handbasin and above primitive bathroom with bath and a shower head in the bath. Air conditioning not best in class and doesn't cool below 21. However, the real horror was discovering that a used soap and soap dish had not been removed from the bathroom. It made me wonder about the room's cleanliness. This hotel has a lot of high volume traffic and rooms used to be impeccable. Not so anymore. Renovations are currently going on - so do be careful about which rooms you chose as there is noise. Newly renovated entry category rooms do not appear to have a desk. Bizarre! Hotel Price inflation is hitting everywhere but rates here are simply not justified . This is more "Mariott" than "luxury offering" - and nothing wrong with the Mariott by the way - at least it's honest. I get the feeling that management have lost control and too many new people are in supervisory posts. Missing real attention to detail and lacking prestige service.
