True luxury is not just in good furniture and general comfort; it’s in impeccable service. That is what so many so-called luxury hotels nowadays are lacking, the personalised touch that can elevate your stay from a nice one to a memorable, exceptional one. At the Ritz-Carlton in Geneva, everyone succeeded in doing that. Genuinely nice and attentive, responding swiftly to our requests, going above and beyond without effort. We didn’t want to leave!
The elegant, historical hotel is ideally located, has nice restaurants and bars so you don’t even have to leave the hotel to have a great night out.
The room and suite were very comfortable, with large luxurious washrooms, lovely Diptyque products, excellent window coverings that provided perfect darkness, and tasteful and comfortable decor.
We will be back.

An exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Geneva. The hospitality was warm, refined, and consistently attentive from start to finish. Every team member ensured we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The location was perfect as well
As we had an early morning flight, the hotel thoughtfully offered us beverages before departure, a truly considerate touch. The concierge and room service were seamless and efficient, and even small requests like adaptors were handled immediately.
The room was very comfortable, though we did find it slightly warm at times.
A special thank you to Kareem at the entrance for his professionalism and warm welcome. A flawless experience overall, we look forward to returning.

Our family this location.
Bar/lounge area is cute, quaint and cozy. Staff was fantastic.
Rooms are large with fireplaces.
Front desk, concierge and bell service were all impeccable. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Just checked out of RC Geneva- having stayed at many RC properties around the world I can with all honesty say that this is the best I’ve encountered. The ladies and gentlemen cannot do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble, you don’t even have to ask- they anticipate and offer. We had driven around Europe for a couple weeks so our car was dirty, they shined it up, fully charged it and had it ready at the drop of a hat. The room and house keeping were exceptional, we had a stunning view of the lake. This place runs like a fine Swiss watch, speaking of which we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary watch making experience that the hotel setup for us. The room was filled with Swiss chocolates and we were greeted with hot chocolate and a Swiss pen knife on arrival, the departure was just as good- they set us up with waters and coffee for our drive. The gym was great, breakfast superb- I could go on. Honestly love this place and will be back very soon! We truly felt at home. Big love to RC Geneva ladies and gentlemen. Room 403

A lovely boutique hotel perfectly located near the lake. Some rooms have Great Lake views.
The rooms are very comfortable. Ours was a little small but very comfortable, well decorated with everything you could need. We enjoyed lunch / drinks at Bistrot D'Ete.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very well managed hotel in Switzerland. This is a very good brand hotel in a central location. The service is totally bad. As soon as we entered the door, we were asked to upgrade the room. It felt very bad. The hotel facilities are old, and the service is completely inadequate. It seems that they only want money. I have stayed in other Swiss hotels and there is no such thing. Bad review

The room is quite big with a living room, but the sofas are very old. The toilet is also very old. The room rate is more than 10,000 yuan per night. You can find any suite in China. In short, it is probably good for similar rooms. The mattress and bed are very soft. There is no view outside the window because I booked a garden view suite with one bathroom. The service and hygiene are very good. The hardware facilities are old after all. The cost performance is not good.

The location is great. There are places to go shopping around. It's also close to the old town! Shopping is very convenient! I booked a lake view room, but the balcony is an inner balcony. But the view outside the window is still very good! Recommended!
