The guesthouse is a bit far from Lucerne's train station, requiring about a 10-minute tram ride. However, there's a tram station right outside the guesthouse, making it convenient to get on and off. If you're planning to go on the Golden Circle tour, you won't need to go back into the city center for the return trip.
We booked a triple room with a large balcony. The room was quite spacious, but there was no air conditioning. Two standing fans were provided, which was just right for September.

Staff was helpful, the room felt dirty (lots of mold in the shower) and bed was not comfortable.

Although the apartment isn't in the city center, it's very conveniently located with public transportation. There's a bus stop right outside, and three bus lines go to the train station and city center, with frequent service. The room has a fairly large rooftop terrace with great views. Highly recommended.

I stayed for three days, but coffee and tea were only provided on the first day. The cups and coffee pot were not washed, so I washed them and used them.

The location of the hotel is good, about ten minutes walk to the main scenic spot, but the hotel room is average, there is no air conditioning, only two fans, the bathroom is too small, there is a small balcony, but it is too low and too close to the road, basically not open

The hotel is located at a crossroads, with a bus stop downstairs. Free bus tickets are given at the front desk, making it convenient to get to the Capel Bridge area. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the front desk guy is very warm and thoughtful, it is a warm small hotel. It was a bit regrettable that it was very hot in the past few days and there was no air conditioning, so we could only rely on a slightly noisy electric fan to cool down.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the train station, the transportation is very convenient, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is better, especially the black guy who is warm and thoughtful. All in all it was a great experience,
