Absolutely perfect service! The front desk staff were incredibly polite. We arrived early and left our luggage, and to our delight, when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room. We really appreciate that! The room itself was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful day here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

The room was a bit small, and there was no kettle. The bathroom was just big enough for one person to stand in, and it was fairly clean. Breakfast was quite good, with all the standard Western options. The hotel's location is very close to Lake Lucerne, about 100 meters away, which is perfect for relaxing by the lake. There's a shopping mall right next door. The hotel is a 15-minute walk to the train station, or you can take a bus for two stops.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! During the Spring Festival, it was less than 500 a night, which was perfect for a solo traveler. It even has a charming, vintage-style small balcony. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, and directly below it is what feels like Lucerne's main commercial street. It's also very close to Migros. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Switzerland!

Had a lovely stay at Hotel de la Paix! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the lake and the Lion Monument. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room features a large bed and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating three people. It also boasts a very, very spacious balcony with street views. Plus, the hotel is incredibly convenient, with all attractions just a 5-minute walk away.

Wow a wonderful stay! Location super convenient i was extra surprised! 10 minutes walk to the main station, or less by bus, and walking distance to the main attractions. Near to the lake and mountains. Coffee tea provided at the reception. Breakfast with diversity included and good price for a stay during Christmas.
2 twin beds instead of 1 double bed. A bit scary at night cause it’s small and old. But clean and lovely enough for a short stay considering all other factors. I love the bathroom btw, nice amenities tho

The room was quite old and basic, with hardly any amenities. The dim lighting made it feel uncomfortable. Hot water was only available downstairs. The only redeeming qualities were its decent location and a small balcony with good air. It's okay for a short stay.

I'd say it's just about passable, nothing special. The breakfast was relatively decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts back home.

The room was really spacious, right next to the pedestrian street. For this price, getting such a large room is truly excellent. The staff were also very friendly and arranged a beautiful room for us, which even had a balcony.
