Great 4 star. Ample rooms with the basics but no luxuries. Wonderful and attentive service even if at times, speaking in English is challenging for the front staff (French and German ok). Has excellent indoor pool and saunas. For Davos meeting, 30 minutes walking in slush. (Forget ground transport of any kind because with WEF traffic it will take longer)

We've been there many times. In the end we were very disappointed with the food. Great titles on the menu and then mostly simple cuisine carelessly prepared. Apparently the restaurant has 13 Gault-Millau points. When Simone Lipani was still cooking, they may have been justified, even if he was a bit crazy at times. Now, however, that doesn't fit at all, especially since we have a comparison with the Pöstli at 14 points. Food and service are in a different league there. Alpenhof was also great. It is also not at all clear who is really the head chef at Jarno. You can find traces of several names on the internet, there must have been quite a revolving door. We won't try it again until we can see that there is a new promising boss.

We stayed four nights in this hotel and had a very good time. The owners and staff are particularly kind and available to fulfill customer requests. Spacious and comfortable rooms, equipped with a table and small refrigerator. Very good buffet breakfast with a lot of choice of foods. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and attached spa area with two saunas and a Turkish bath.

Terrible, staff were snobbish, refused to allow is in the restaurant (even though we were staying there and other people were eating in it, "but it will be open tomorrow for you", presumably because they didn't want to serve us close to closing time. Our room had a sink and cooker hood in it and two fold away beds (the type that fold into the wall), very strange, it was like staying in a bedsit, but with no means of making a hot drink. Dire, avoid.

Terrible hotel. Not even a 3 stars hotel. They charged us an extra 40chf per night for sleeping in what they call a "superior room". In reality it was a 20m2 flat not own by the hotel. We could not regulate the hitting. It was like sleeping in a sauna. We help the hotel to save the deindeal fees by booking directly from them but it wasnot worth.

I had a great stay at Hotel Meierhof, every thing was as clean as could be and the personnel was very kind. The sauna, pool and showers are great to relax after a hard working day.
