What a superb property! If you’re intending to ski Parsenn and arriving by train, it’s the perfect location. While the majority of Davos restaurants are the other end of town, the hotel has a superb on demand shuttle service that solves that. The staff are fantastic, especially Jorge and Sergio and the shuttle drivers, as well as the spa staff. Breakfast is fantastic with a great dejection. Rooms are lovely, although there weren’t many shelves for clothes. The spa is superb - loved the various steam rooms and saunas. Highly recommended!!

Loved every min of our stay!!! We went with 2 other families- 10 of us (6 adults and 4 kids). We loved the hotel so much we cancelled some of our reservations and stayed at the hotel all night. The food is amazing there from breakfast and midnight cocktail. We even did an impromptu karaoke with the pianist Roberto. But the BEST was the the staff. Super helpful, kind and funny. Everyone seemed so happy to be working there which says alot about the management. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel had everything we needed for the nice and cosy stay. High quality af food and service at the breakfast, very good bars and restaurants. The spa area is good and well managed. Overall the staff was excellent.

The most hospitable staff I have ever experienced here in EU. I am a well traveled person mostly staying in 5 star and the staffs here are exceeding my expectation. Sergio and the reception team are very helpful and made sure our stay is extra special. The food is amazing here, from the bar to breakfast to the restaurant. All great value for the money. Room is very clean and big. Overall is very excellent!

Our stay was magical. Davos is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful, but most of all, the people working in this wonderful hotel were anticipating our every need and made our stay feel like home away from home.

Excelent locaation across the train station. I like to point out the outstanding service and team. The jacuzzi outside is a bonus not to be missed. The rooms are well equiped as well. +++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++ Highly reccomend.

I understand that the WEF conference in Davos books up nearly a year in advance, so as soon as the dates were published for the January 2025 meeting, I booked a room for my executive on January 29, 2024 using the Hyatt website. He has Globalist status with Hyatt, so he is supposed to be guaranteed a room. The reservation remained in good standing until Christmas Eve, when the GM of the hotel, Jamie, said he would have to cancel the reservation due to the WEF conference. He said this was a "known glitch" in their system...yet he waited until 3 weeks prior to the conference to cancel it, rather than give enough notice to me to find another booking for my executive. Jamie also admitted to me - in writing - that there was a room available, but rather than honor the existing reservation, he would SELL it for 12,000 CHF per night (over $13,000 USD per night!). Instead of enjoying the holidays, the executive and I spent a week battling with Jamie and Hyatt Corporate, trying to keep the reservation in place, only to have them cancel it anyway - on New Years Day. The only solution they would offer was the nearest Hyatt property, which is over an hour away - and without any offer of a discount for our trouble. We ended up getting the executive a room at the Grandhotel Bad Ragaz, which is a 45 minute drive from Davos, and he will travel 90 minutes each day in order to attend the conference, and that's only if the weather is good on the mountain roads. I also made a reservation back on January 29, 2024 for myself at a different, non-Hyatt property, but that property was kind enough to let me know 4 months in advance that they could not honor the reservation during the week of the WEF conference. This allowed me plenty of time to adjust my itinerary. The Hotel FLÜELA Davos could not be bothered to offer the same courtesy - even after admitting it was a "known glitch." In short, I wouldn't recommend making a reservation at this property, as the management feels they can cancel your reservation at any time and for any reason.

We stayed in Hotel Fluela first week of March. We were impressed about the excellent treatment we received from the hotel’s staff. Some members of my family only speak Spanish but this was not a problem as receptionists spoke multiple languages. Very conveniently located, right next to Davos Dorf train stop. Gondola to the Parsenn ski are is a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel’s breakfast and the spa facilities are excellent.
