1. Late check in (16.00) and check out (10.00) hours. When people come with the organized tours and arrive early in the morning, this is ridiculous to wait till 16.00 for the check in.
2. Ski rental - very limited working hours, you can rent only skis without boots, this is ridiculous, what's the point of rental then? And on the first day of skiing, we came at 9.25 (closing time is 9.30) and the ski rental was already closed. So we had to rent and pay extra fee at another rental place.
3. Poor selection of food for breakfast
4. Very little time for breakfast and dinner (only 1.5h). Also we didn't understand what was the reason of food presentation every day, it took extra time and generated queues. Also personnel is eating together with all the guests, so there were cases when we came later and we ran out of food...
5. Sauna is open till 19.00 and is super full after skiing. Why not making it at least till 22.00?
6. No room service and cleaning during the entire stay. We had to ask for change of towels and taking trash.
7. In general there is a feeling that everything in the hotel is done for the comfort of personnel and not customers. It really requires some proper management.
We would not recommend to book vacation via Frosch, there are lots of other companies and hotels which can provide way more better service for the same money.
However, Stefano the waiter in the breakfast was very kind and cool ! :))
All the staff are lovely, the rooms are fine with very hot showers and comfortable beds. Breakfast could be more varied, but it's alright! I like the place and am happy to recommend.
The breakfast was good and the dinner was good. The service was friendly. The swiming pool was excellent

I particularly wanted to make a comment about this hotel thanks to the restaurant staff. Me and my husband took one week ski holiday with half board and we were so happy!! The manager was always very attentive and sees the whole flow so whenever we needed something it was done immediately. And special thanks to Lucia and Marco, just perfect service and we felt so special. every meal we had were all so tasty, fresh and plenty. I would never expected this perfect stay! It was not fancy but simply perfect for ski trip and we will recommend all our friends to try. So money worthy! We definitely come back again.
