5 Stars? Definetly not. The Hotel commition should be called and remove 3 out of those 5 Stars. This is a 2 Star Hotel at most.
Dirty and filthy rooms. The Hotel itself is almost falling appart. Extremly unfriendly staff and are very unfriendly to the elderly.
They dont even know how to properly speak English, wich should be a normal standart for a 5 star Hotel.
This Hotel needs to be sanctioned and removed from the 5 Star Hotel lists. Corona is no excuse for filthy rooms and unfriendly staff.
