Staff are nice, helpful especially the two receptionists who can speak good English Room is big with fridge ,bottled water, ammenities, TV. Location is good, close to bus station . You can also walk to many supermarkets, attractions. The only drawback is the WiFi is not very stable sometimes!

I didn't regret my stay here. The staff is excellent and friendly, and I'm especially grateful to manager Mikhail, who explained everything about the hotel clearly and helped me check into my room. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I'd be happy to return.

Location: On a main avenue, a little far from downtown. Supermarket in front and bus stop 100 m away
Service: excellent, English spoken. Courteous.
Room comfortable, wifi works well, hot shower. Clean.
No breakfast but there is a restaurant on the first floor (hotel is on the 2nd and there's other hotel on the 4th floor)

If you like loud music that is playing all night, stay here! If you want a peaceful nights sleep font’s stay at this hotel it’s a beautiful room but the club music is horrible and I was not given refund

Nothing was good, the beds were very dirty and the mattress was very hard, like a plank, no toilet paper, I left 1 day early because nothing was in order.

The rooms are comfortable. The break fast is ok. But for the price you pay it's ok.

The staff is that there is no soundproofing there is no club at all that is on the ground floor you can hear on all 5 floors it is impossible to sleep in this hotel because the music plays so loudly every day that the floor on the second floor trembles from the pleasant only delicious food and the staff of the cafe on the first the floor is called pineapple
