The hotel is a bit old and close to the airport. The room facilities are quite satisfactory and have everything you need. The service is good and airport transfer can be arranged free of charge. It is well-known in Dushanbe and is generally satisfactory.

After arriving, there were four or five front desk staff to greet us. Some spoke English, some spoke Chinese (not very fluently), but they were all very warm and helpful. It felt like home! Nice place for a day in Dushanbe. Pool was great. They served beer and vodka, which was really nice

The overall hardware and management are average, and the location is okay. The value for money is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it. I changed hotels after just one night.

When I booked, the reservation details indicated a flexible check-out time between 12 PM and 8 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that check-out was strictly at 12 PM. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very accommodating and kindly allowed me to extend my stay until 2 PM. If you are planning a late check-out, I highly recommend confirming directly with the hotel beforehand.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the city center, with public transport right on its doorstep. The breakfast was a bit basic, but perfectly acceptable.

We ordered a three bed room and they gave us one with a sofa they turns to bed and a bedroom in an seperate room and also you had a view of town from up there but there were an other family with us that didn’t exactly got the room they wanted

We spent three nights in this hotel and our experience was good. Our room was nice, staff was friendly, although they did not master English very well. Good price for quality. Breakfast should be improved because, even though it was supposed to start at 8 o’clock, some food was served only starting from 8.30.

100/100! First of all, the cleanliness was excellent, completely exceeding expectations. Secondly, all the hotel staff were very polite and quiet. The hotel is located in a small alley, very close to the airport (less than a five-minute walk) and easy to find. We must thank the owner and his brother for providing airport pickup; unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and his brother waited for us at the airport for a long time. The owner was very hospitable; since we didn't have local currency, he even exchanged $100 for us.

This is the second time we have chosen this hotel. I must say that it is a small, inconspicuous gem. It is located in the city center, but it is quiet. I had a pleasant rest every night. The room was neither cold nor hot. The rooms are extremely spacious. When we returned from work, the rooms were always tidy. The staff were always accommodating.

Staff are nice, helpful especially the two receptionists who can speak good English Room is big with fridge ,bottled water, ammenities, TV. Location is good, close to bus station . You can also walk to many supermarkets, attractions. The only drawback is the WiFi is not very stable sometimes!

I stayed for a few nights at the end of Feb 2022. I was pleased with friendly, accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately there was a club with loud music in the same building, but that club will no longer operate in a few days - so if you’re staying after March 2022, you should have a pleasant stay. I had a great stay in this Hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and accomodated my questions without problems, also in English. The breakfast was good and diverse, the WIFI connection worked well and the transfer to and from the hotel was well-arranged .

Good hotel for good price but keep in mind that the hotel itself is not a building of its own. It is on the top floor of a large building, which isn’t intuitive to find so save the phone number of the hotel! You or your driver can call and hotel staff will give clearer instructions :) Aside from that, polite staff and breakfast decent. Good location and clean rooms.

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Dushanbe with very good service. The only problem is that the location is hard to find. Ctrip's location is a little inaccurate and it takes 5 minutes to walk there.

Its very close to one of the main streets , The rooms are very clean but different with each other in terms of space and wash facilities. The fridges does not work peoperly , no mini bar exists

Hotel Taj Palace had huge rooms and half decent breakfasts. I really appreciated the staff, who let me check in after midnight, and let me hang around charging my phone, and making tea, while waiting for my plane.

A nice hotel, not perfect though. Very central asian it combines large rooms and friendly staff with good service. There are some all issues however: the wifi is rather patchy, there is no ATM inside the hotel (one outside is not properly working most of the time), and our room was marked as non-smoker but distinctively had a smoke scent in it. All in all a pleasant experience though.
