Stayed for a business conference, and the place had all one would expect in that setting. The service is outstandingly hospitable and friendly. Internet coverage and bandwidth needs improvement - it’s not up to modern business needs.

Amazing! All of the staff was so friendly in the restaurant, the bar, and at the front desk!!! They were very accommodating, even when our group had some unusual requests. We would definitely stay here again! The location is perfect for walking and exploring

So I have been traveling a bit and this is my 93rd country. I have booked Hyatt properties my past two stays and am really not understanding the hype. I’m a Marriott titanium member and having stayed at Marriott properties I get way better treatment. So Hyatt Dushanbe, I had a club room but the Club lounge is closed I find out on arrival. So they have their 1800-2000 hour at the bar downstairs. Fine...

Service is good, staff is good and all of them are speaking English. Breakfast is the same but various. Location is far from grocery, shopping malls and other places for tourists, but so quiet if like such places. Indoor swimming pool is good from 1.2 to 156 cm deep.Sauna is good and free.

Very good. It's a better hotel here.

The service is terrible. I don't recommend it. I have never encountered such a bad hotel service. The service attitude of the woman at the reception desk is terrible. It is so bad that I suspect she discriminates against Chinese people. If you arrive early, you cannot check in early even if there is a room available. You will be charged 50% of your room rate, or you can only check in at 3 o'clock....

The bed in the room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Clean, comfortable and beautiful environment

The environment is ordinary by five-star standards, and it is obviously overpriced in Dushanbe. There may not be many international brand hotels in the area. The service attitude is very ordinary. The flight landed in the morning and I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock. The room was very large and new, and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle service (which is a great service for foreigners in Dushanbe where ride-hailing services are inconvenient). I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in this hotel several times because of service they provide. I highlight the reception and hotel staff , always helpful and assisting at any time and request! The hotel is clean and nice, staff are friendly and very helpful, unfortunately breakfast is not a good choice here, swimming pool closes very early and the way going there must go through massage rooms. The rooms are not well air-conditioned. And there is no water shataf in the bathroom. For the same price other hotels can provide better service.

Perfect location in the city centre. Excrent rooms and a great breakfast. But what makes this hotel stood out was the people. Every single member I interacted with was friendly, hospitable, accommodating with excellent English communication skills. Will definuately return!

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the service. The hotel is old, the rooms are large, but they need renovation immediately. The rooms are basic but functional, and the staff are very helpful.

The overall hardware and management are average, and the location is okay. The value for money is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it. I changed hotels after just one night.

When I booked, the reservation details indicated a flexible check-out time between 12 PM and 8 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that check-out was strictly at 12 PM. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very accommodating and kindly allowed me to extend my stay until 2 PM. If you are planning a late check-out, I highly recommend confirming directly with the hotel beforehand.

Staff are nice, helpful especially the two receptionists who can speak good English Room is big with fridge ,bottled water, ammenities, TV. Location is good, close to bus station . You can also walk to many supermarkets, attractions. The only drawback is the WiFi is not very stable sometimes!

I didn't regret my stay here. The staff is excellent and friendly, and I'm especially grateful to manager Mikhail, who explained everything about the hotel clearly and helped me check into my room. Thank you so much for the excellent service. I'd be happy to return.

The rooms are relatively small, but for the price, the cleanliness is quite good. I stayed here for a week, so why did the room price keep increasing? Is it because of my stay here?

We ordered a three bed room and they gave us one with a sofa they turns to bed and a bedroom in an seperate room and also you had a view of town from up there but there were an other family with us that didn’t exactly got the room they wanted

100/100! First of all, the cleanliness was excellent, completely exceeding expectations. Secondly, all the hotel staff were very polite and quiet. I was probably the only guest for the first two days, but the breakfasts were always very plentiful. In short, a perfect hotel, highly recommended to everyone!! Free airport shuttle service is included.

The hotel is located in a small alley, very close to the airport (less than a five-minute walk) and easy to find. We must thank the owner and his brother for providing airport pickup; unfortunately, our flight was delayed, and his brother waited for us at the airport for a long time. The owner was very hospitable; since we didn't have local currency, he even exchanged $100 for us.

This is the second time we have chosen this hotel. I must say that it is a small, inconspicuous gem. It is located in the city center, but it is quiet. I had a pleasant rest every night. The room was neither cold nor hot. The rooms are extremely spacious. When we returned from work, the rooms were always tidy. The staff were always accommodating.

The rooms are clean and well cared for. The smell of cleaning products and fragrances was a bit overpowering at first but dissipated after having the windows open for a while. The staff are very friendly, and breakfast is good. A very good value. Neighborhood is not that interesting but is quiet and clean and just a couple blocks from a main Ave with lots of shopping and restaurants.

Super comfortable stay. Very helpful staff who helped arrange a driver to Iskanderkul Lake and Artuch. The room was spotlessly clean. Location is in the modern part of town. Good breakfast.

We ended up at the Sharq after our original booking was cancelled due to a water leak. But what a great alternative. The staff are all super friendly and helpful (booking restaurants, taxis, etc.) and while their English was not great Google translate got us through. The hotel is immaculate, always clean and tidy. I had a great stay in this Hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and accomodated my questions without problems, also in English. The breakfast was good and diverse, the WIFI connection worked well and the transfer to and from the hotel was well-arranged .

Good hotel for good price but keep in mind that the hotel itself is not a building of its own. It is on the top floor of a large building, which isn’t intuitive to find so save the phone number of the hotel! This is a very cost-effective hotel in Dushanbe with very good service. The only problem is that the location is hard to find. Ctrip's location is a little inaccurate and it takes 5 minutes to walk there.

Its very close to one of the main streets , The rooms are very clean but different with each other in terms of space and wash facilities. The fridges does not work peoperly , no mini bar exists

Hotel is situated close to the main attractions of Dushanbe. Taxi from airport to the hotel should not be more than 20 Somoni. Rooms are clean and wide enough but are little bit dark. A nice hotel, not perfect though. Very central asian it combines large rooms and friendly staff with good service. There are some all issues however: the wifi is rather patchy, there is no ATM inside the hotel (one outside is not properly working most of the time), and our room was marked as non-smoker but distinctively had a smoke scent in it. All in all a pleasant experience though.
