It's a very, very ordinary hotel, about the same as a hotel in a small county town in China. The platform is making too much money.

The rooms are relatively small, but for the price, the cleanliness is quite good. I stayed here for a week, so why did the room price keep increasing? Is it because of my stay here?

We ordered a three bed room and they gave us one with a sofa they turns to bed and a bedroom in an seperate room and also you had a view of town from up there but there were an other family with us that didn’t exactly got the room they wanted

Spotlessly clean property with very comfortable room. Bathroom was clean with nice shower. Extremely friendly communication and welcome by the helpful Bonu. Breakfast and airport transfers available. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

The hotel is located in a building with 2 or 3 floors. The lobby reception belongs to another hotel. Nice room, good size and panoramic view. Reasonable breakfast Neutral service. Good location, close to the center. Good price/quality ratio

We spent three nights in this hotel and our experience was good. Our room was nice, staff was friendly, although they did not master English very well. Good price for quality. Breakfast should be improved because, even though it was supposed to start at 8 o’clock, some food was served only starting from 8.30.

The manager did not help at all when I had two major issues with the car rental service from this hotel. For one, they said the car is 4x4, but it wasn’t when I got it (Toyota highlander). Secondly, they took my passport when I was about to go to GBAO (Pamir highway), and said a passport copy will be okay. When I drove 4 hours there to the first checkpoint, they sent me back all the way to Dushanbe because an original passport was required. So I wasted 8 hours of driving, had to drive at night time, and wasted $50 in gas. All I asked for was that I get refunded that one day of the car rental (out of 8 days total), not even the $50 in gas I wasted. The manager refused to refund one day car rental, despite the 4x4 mixup and taking my passport. The employees are very nice but the manager does not care at all. They gave me a free night to stay in the hotel but it didn’t really matter to me because I wasted 8 hours driving and $150 for something that was their fault, and was given a FWD car instead of 4x4. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t have left this review if only the manager approved of refunding me one day car rental.

The rooms have everything you need. Kettle and refrigerator, dishes, cups, sugar and coffee.
The bed is soft, the TV and Wi-Fi work without interruption.
The breakfast is hearty, everything is fresh. The woman cook prepared everything fresh for us and was nice and courteous.

Absolutely new Excellent luxury hotel, good prices, delicious breakfast, top-notch staff, very clean, and right in the city center, everything within walking distance, parks, white house, flagpole, boutiques, etc. Free airport transfer
