At first, I used *********** to select another newly opened 5-star hotel. The result was disappointing, so I chose the Serena Hotel again on Ctrip. It was very comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast was very rich and suitable for Chinese appetite.

The hotel was really close to the airport, around 15 minutes far. The room was nice and clean, the front desk was helpful.

The room layout is very old, at the level of a business hotel from more than ten years ago. There is no breakfast, basically no service, and the bathroom facilities are very poor and have not been maintained for a long time. The price is completely unworthy of the quality.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the service. The hotel is old, the rooms are large, but they need renovation immediately. In fact, the entire hotel could use a renovation, as it's already showing signs of its glory days. Stayed 2 nights here , room was comfortable and clean , there is elevator but it is not working during our stay so we used the stairs , can use their washing machine , breakfast buffet lots of variety . This is a family owned business, saw the sons . Lovely hotel stay .

Great quiet place to stay in Dushanbe. While it is a little hard to find they go above and beyond to make it worth it. He picked us up at the airport and we had a nice breakfast at the hotel. Large rooms and comfirtable beds. Breakfast was good.. Overall its a very good hotel for locals because only one staff member can speak english, expats can face extreme difficulty in conveying. Further, there is no gym, Sauna, Swimming pool.

We stayed there for one night after a hiking trip in the fan mountains and enjoyed the nice hotel a lot. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are clean and the bed is cozy. Breakfast buffet is substantial and the fresh made omelet was delicious. Overall a very nice accommodation

This is the best hotel in Dushanbe. I stayed for two nights, but I wish I could have stayed longer! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast area turns into a lounge during the day, where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and snacks anytime. It was really convenient, as I could use it even before check-in and after check-out.

They did not include towels, slippers and robe until I called them and asked

The hotel is of a decent size, with a gym, good breakfast, and plugs similar to those in China. If you have poor sleep quality, try not to stay on the street side, as there will be some noise from cars on the street at night.

hotel is at good location. . staff is friendly except manager. because i had booking a day before but inspite of this manager gave my room to other customer. when i reached after a long tiring drive at hotel i faced disappointment. but after my demand they adjusted me in an other room. i spent one day & moved to other hotel hotel.

The hostel dorm is clean and reasonably spacious. The free breakfast is good - bread, boiled eggs, porridge, biscuits and tea/coffee. The showers are good excellent and the on site gym is a bonus!

Got a nice sized clean room on a Sunday night in September for 90$USD

I lived here from June 2007 to July 2008. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the facilities are some of the best you will find. The limits I experienced are based on other hotel stays in other countries. Internet was very sporadic, and the food menu, while good, was not up to standards of first world hotels. The hotel has no safety features as you may find in US hotels but OSHA...
