Hotel Ayni has a convenient location, less than 1 km from the airport and not far from the city center. It occupies the top floors of a modern 14-story building, with the reception on the ground floor and rooms on the upper levels. While the location is a plus, the staff seems indifferent and not very helpful, which impacts the overall experience. The facilities are decent, but the service could use significant improvement. Suitable for a short stay if location is your priority.

We experienced our stay at hotel Ayni as very pleasant. Farid and his colleagues are very kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. Nice spacious rooms.

The service is terrible. I don't recommend it. I have never encountered such a bad hotel service. The service attitude of the woman at the reception desk is terrible. It is so bad that I suspect she discriminates against Chinese people.
If you arrive early, you cannot check in early even if there is a room available. You will be charged 50% of your room rate, or you can only check in at 3 o'clock. Hilton is such a bad person. . I have never encountered such a situation. If Marriott has a room available at 11 o'clock, you can definitely check in. Finally, we negotiated with Ctrip to reduce the fee by half before they let us into the room.
The room cost more than a thousand yuan, but the cabinet doors could not be closed and it lacked maintenance.

I was a little bit of skeptical visiting Dushanbe based on so many negative reviews about entering & exiting its airport. But all my thoughts turned to be very positive after receiving services from Hotel Ayni. I passed the immigration & customs hassle free both entering & exiting the airport with the help and arrangement by the hotel staff namely Farid (hope I write it correctly). The hotel also picked me up and delivered me to the airport for free. The room is spacious, clean & tidy. The breakfast is enough to fill my morning. Most importantly is the responsive communication through Whatsapp with a very good English long before I came. Thank you Farid and also Navruz (hope I also write it correctly), and the driver, they all were very warm & always smiling while answering my many quetions.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Hotel Ayni exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. A special thank you to Rahman and his colleagues for being so accommodating! Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, very clean and in a great location. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.
