I was a solo on a group tour. My room was OK with two single beds. However, the bed was too hard for me. I solved the problem by sleeping on top of the doona/duvet and used the one from the other bed on top. Breakfast was very good including a cheese and ham wrap, a capuccino and fruit. A shelf in the bathroom would have been useful.

First off, remember that you're in Panjakent, Tajikistan. I don't know how many other hotels are around (if any), so appreciate what you have. Stayed here for 3 nights, arrived late in the evening and they even picked me up from the airport. The rooms are amazing; clean and spacious with an amazing price. Staff is helpful and try to help with every request.

We are there every Sunday of the winter for the in house swimming pool.

Excellent health resort complex, located on the shores of the Tajik Sea. The resort has several modern buildings with comfortable rooms. The food is delicious, three meals a day. In the summer, different events are held every day. The only prices are slightly inflated

It's a sanitorium rather than a resort. Spread over a large area it has really cool natural beauty and plantations. Also is situated beside Tajik sea. This place is in desperate need of an update. Things were acceptably clean, but it’s a 1970s Soviet time warp. The room was very stark and very brown. We were told that oftentimes you had to choose between having electricity or having hot water. I stayed here only one night. The location is very good. It took quite a while to get checked in, but I finally made it. The room was surprisingly small, but it was clean. The bed was also sufficiently comfortable. Breakfast was OK but nothing to get excited about. I would probably consider another hotel if I was in town again. But I admit that it may not be possible to improve on this choice.

Stayed for one night with a group. Hotel has excellent location and looks great from the outside but the interior is rather run down and not well kept. The staff is not helpful and rude.

This hotel has had some poor ratings but they seemed undeserved from our point of view. Located near the fortress this is a large hotel and rooms are a comfortable size, as was the bed. Yet again there was a lack of pillows but at least the TV and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was clearly not ready when we arrived just after 7 but items did finally arrive.

Hotel is situated close to the main attractions of Dushanbe. Taxi from airport to the hotel should not be more than 20 Somoni. Rooms are clean and wide enough but are little bit dark. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK but could be improved. Generally it is a good hotel. Recommend staying.

A nice hotel, not perfect though. Very central asian it combines large rooms and friendly staff with good service. There are some all issues however: the wifi is rather patchy, there is no ATM inside the hotel (one outside is not properly working most of the time), and our room was marked as non-smoker but distinctively had a smoke scent in it. All in all a pleasant experience though.

A really comfortable home away from home! The room was all we could ask for as was the staff’s hospitality. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The hotel is somewhat away from the centre of the city but this wasn’t much of a problem - it’s maybe a 20 minute walk maximum to the centre.
