Very disappointing experience.
I booked this hotel for 7 nights but had to leave after only 2 nights. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the photos and descriptions online were misleading, and there was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. Not recommended at all.

"Homely friendly hotel
Only stayed 2 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly...
The food was amazing too! I just want to say thank you to Mr Mohammad for he is kind and accommodating person since day 1 of my stay! I really recommend Grey Hotel for staycation!
Very nice,clean,kind and respectful personnel! I have a great stay!

Nice and clean with a large room. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and Mohammed was of great assistance. We would be happy to return.

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and private bath. They offer a hugh tasty breakfast buffet. Rooms can be paid with credit card. Good WiFi. There is also a good restaurant at the roof top of the building. Ayub, the owner, is a friendly helpful man and speaks good English. He waited for us while we were arriving late and also helped to organize travel arrangements for us. For what we needed to organize at Dushanbe the location of the hotel was perfect. City center is just a Taxi ride away.
