I recently checked my dad into this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions, and it’s always easy to get a cab. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the manager, who went out of their way to meet our needs and make everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for both convenience and hospitality! Thank you!

Awesome location!
but...
While I had booked 2 rooms like 3 days before I arrived, the answer I received was that the employee you booked the rooms with hasn't actually marked the rooms as booked so we dont have empty rooms!
I had to wait like one hour, having my leg aching so much after a surgery, while my luggage was outside on the road for minutes untill they helped me get them in!

Finally I received a 2 bed room after 1hr of waiting instead of 2 rooms with 5 beds!

well, I hope I receive better service for my 3 days stay here!

We used the conference room facilities of this venue. The staff was helpful, the facilities were clean, the Internet was good. Pricing was very good compared with others.

Always you have push staff to do something. Quality according to price low. Internet socks. Location good in city center. Using Chinese bad quality materials.
