Harbour View Suites in Dar es Salaam

Without a doubt the best hotel in Dar. The staff are welcoming, friendly, always with a smile and will do their best to provide so many additional requests.
After staying at other hotels in Dar I will never stay anywhere else.
Outstanding accomodation with magnificent views

Excellent location for accessing the ferry terminal. The room is beautiful, clean and the most well-equipped room I have stayed in. The staff is very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. I have recommended this hotel to many people and will certainly be staying with them again.

I stayed at this hotel for the past four months on a business trip, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The property is quite upscale, featuring a swimming pool and a spacious gym.

The room was very clean and modern, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable long stay. Daily housekeeping was provided, along with complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The in-room cooking facilities were also in excellent condition.

The hotel restaurant overlooks the harbor, creating a lovely dining atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes—from Western to African to Indian cuisine. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the good selection of options available, though I feel there’s room for improvement in the Indian food section, as some dishes didn’t taste very fresh.

Overall, I received very good service and had a satisfying stay.

The facilities were rather old, the rooms had an odor, and the breakfast was just average.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, and the location was convenient. The room was a bit musty at first, but clean. The hotel arranged airport transfer, and it was very smooth though traffic in Dar Es Salaam is especially bad so allow for plenty of time. The hotel was a great spot to explore the city.

The hotel is overall good and satisfactory, located on the 11th to 13th floors. The restaurant is decent, and the location in the city center is quite nice. The rooms are large and spacious, offering good value for money. However, the gym could be a bit more modern, and the pool is relatively small. Otherwise, as mentioned, everything is fine.
