My flight from Johannesburg to Dar es Salaam was delayed by 5 hours. I had to cancel the booking but could not reach anybody directly, as there are no contact details on the website. I contacted them via the online query to cancel and asked for confirmation of cancellation and have still not received any confirmation. I need it to be cancelled and not be billed.

The place was in the city centre and very easy to allocate. I had a very warm welcome from the lady Glory, who made sure I was comfortable with my stay. They also have good breakfast and a big gym with the city view. Definitely am coming back.

They have different options for their rooms which are a good size, clean and the quality of sleep is good because it is not situated in a noisy area. Beautiful location and wonderful scenery. The menu is a bit wanting but the have great staff. The beach suffers from some pollution but still looks good.
