This is my third time staying at the Peninsula Hotel, it’s in a good location, one of the oldest hotels in that area. Though the hotel is old but again, I admire the management for keeping it up-to-date with the modern requirements. Staff are charming and helpful The hotel has no good view as the hotel has only three floors and is surrounded by big buildings and a petrol (gas) station. The hotel entrance looks like a 2-star hotel which is uncomfortable, the only entrance is through the car park gate which has to be opened by a security guard (in/out) whenever you pass through. If the security guard delays, then you’ve to bow down to get through the gate

This is our second stay having stayed here in Dec 2018. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff very helpful. We would like in paticular to thank Joshua and Irene (front of house) and Aisha and Nicolas (in the restaurant).

Hotel was really nice and Joshua (porter) and the rest of the staff were super friendly. Comfy beds and large room. Would stay again.

The beddings are old. Vacuum cleaners needs to be introduced instead of those mops that keep transfer hair from one room to another. It was an eyesore. Location was great. Staff members were courteous and diligent in their work, except for the housekeeping team, but that’s largely management’s fault.

The service is amazing and the rooms are so beautiful, the twins,(Jacob and Joshua ) made my leaving experience the best. The bar space is chill and nice and the reception is always filled with positive people, I don’t understand Kiswahili really well but the Ones that were speaking English made everything awesome and easy

Great easy and comfortable stay. Definitely reccommend. Checkin was simple, room was clean and tidy, very big spacious room. Didn’t eat there or use the wifi so can’t comment on that - but everything else was easy simple and clean. Would definitely recommend.

The service was optimistic.....nice view best food quality .... friendly stuff like Aisha and her leader Gervas .....i was so impressed and wish to spend much More Time even in next time, the place is highly recommend for the spending nice time in a silent place
