The hotel a has a good secure parking, good location to restaurant and shops. The rooms are small but okay, simple but clean. TV wasn't working all the three days - they didn't care, no room clean up in the morning and no mosquito nets (but had no mosquito luckily). It's a fair price but there is room for improvement...

The beddings are old. Vacuum cleaners needs to be introduced instead of those mops that keep transfer hair from one room to another. It was an eyesore. Location was great. Staff members were courteous and diligent in their work, except for the housekeeping team, but that’s largely management’s fault.

The service is amazing and the rooms are so beautiful, the twins,(Jacob and Joshua ) made my leaving experience the best. The bar space is chill and nice and the reception is always filled with positive people, I don’t understand Kiswahili really well but the Ones that were speaking English made everything awesome and easy

The positive thing about this hotel is the big beds and its very good location, and the nice staff. However the bathroom was terrible, approximate hygiene, non treated water, no hot water for 2 days, and water everywhere in the whole bathroom when we shower. Also, they serve the same breakfast everyday. Would not recommend.

AC water drops can fall on your face while sleeping, water pressure is too low for shower, no hot water facility, AC sound was loud, TV not working, No wifi range in your rooms. Food is just ok.

I did not sleep here so can not say much about the rooms. The staff where friendly and it is a nice place to stay just over the day. You pay entrance for using the pool. The pool is nice and clean. Swim in the sea is not bad but has to be done at high tide and it is a lot of plastic bags on the beach. Why the hotels do not clean is a mystery

I stayed at Wiyolis Hong Kong Hotel for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the quality of the rooms was disappointing. We had to change rooms three times during our stay due to poor conditions. Overall, the experience was mixed — great staff but the rooms need serious improvement.
