I don't know why this hotel is written as JAL Building in Chinese. Anyone could think it is a Japan Airlines hotel. However, after checking in, I found that there seemed to be no connection. When I asked the staff, they also said they didn't know what the connection was with Japan Airlines. Isn't this translation too horrible? Will it involve copyright issues?

Not a luxury hotel but a good place for the price. There is a restaurant in the building open 24/7. I felt very comfortable there. The only crticism is that wifi quality was very poor.

The beddings are old. Vacuum cleaners needs to be introduced instead of those mops that keep transfer hair from one room to another. It was an eyesore. Location was great. Staff members were courteous and diligent in their work, except for the housekeeping team, but that’s largely management’s fault.

The service is amazing and the rooms are so beautiful, the twins,(Jacob and Joshua ) made my leaving experience the best. The bar space is chill and nice and the reception is always filled with positive people, I don’t understand Kiswahili really well but the Ones that were speaking English made everything awesome and easy

It was a beautiful experience and always will be. They have the best pricing with best services and top of all it has a beautiful beach with a great view from the hotel. I did not sleep here so can not say much about the rooms. The staff where friendly and it is a nice place to stay just over the day. You pay entrance for using the pool. The pool is nice and clean. Swim in the sea is not bad but has to be done at high tide and it is a lot of plastic bags on the beach. Why the hotels do not clean is a mystery

Good price and a very good location close to the ferry's to Zanzibar. It was one of the worst breakfasts ever experienced on my 2 trips to Africa. Very hot inside since no air conditioning, only in the rooms.

The positive thing about this hotel is the big beds and its very good location, and the nice staff. However the bathroom was terrible, approximate hygiene, non treated water, no hot water for 2 days, and water everywhere in the whole bathroom when we shower. I stayed at Wiyolis Hong Kong Hotel for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, the quality of the rooms was disappointing. We had to change rooms three times during our stay due to poor conditions. Overall, the experience was mixed — great staff but the rooms need serious improvement.

I work with a tour company First my clients stayed for 2 days without WIFI second . The location is not conducive Third.... Our tour bus was clamped when at the hotel's parking for no reason yet we had proper documentation but the hotel didn't help Fourth beware of the lift ...
