Amazing place to stay! Aishi Machame Hotel is a wonderful place. The rooms are new, modern, and always clean. The territory is beautiful - lots of greenery, a lovely garden, and you can even spot monkeys sometimes, which makes the stay really special.
It is very quiet and peaceful here, with only the sounds of nature, especially birds singing. A perfect place to relax, escape from the city noise, and recover after a long flight.
The food in the restaurant is very delicious, with great quality and taste.

Ever seen monkeys grab avocados straight from a tree and just chill above you eating them? yeah… we have 😄 big thanks to Aishi Machame for that! honestly the main thing about this place is the location — wildlife (monkeys, birds, we even saw a hornbill) just lives here like it’s their home, so you get this super calm, peaceful vibe. everything else is solid too — rooms, staff, food, all good. at first we thought it’d be just a quick “sleep-breakfast-leave” kinda stay, but hohestly it turned into a whole little adventure 😄

A cozy and quiet hotel, a great place for a short stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The laundry service is fast and of high quality — my clothes were well taken care of. Tasty food. Thanks (Ashante sana!)

I stayed at Aishi Machame while on a trip to climb Mt Meru and Kilimanjaro followed by a safari, all with Altezza. The hotel was absolutely lovely. My room was spacious and comfortable with a good shower and toiletries, drinking water, tea and coffee, mosquito net and fan. There was also a good laundry service. Breakfast was an excellent buffet and the other vegetarian food I ate was also good. The eating/bar area looked over gardens with more seating outside. There were loungers by the swimming pool. Monkeys ran about in the trees and bush babies were fed in the evening. There was a short walk to the river and other tours could be arranged. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a great place to prepare for the hiking and relax afterwards with other hikers to share experiences and advice with.

This hotel was the base hotel for Altezza Travel Kilimanjaro trek. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. We had to change our flight home, and they were awesome, making sure we had a room to stay in while we sorted flights out.

I went to Aishi Machame at the start of this year before I went on my Kilimanjaro expedition with Altezza Travel, and I absolutely loved the place.
The food was great, the beds were comfy, and it offered the perfect stillness I needed ahead of my climb. The staff were super accommodating in making sure I had everything I needed.
Highly recommend.

At first I thought the hotel before and after climbing Kilimanjaro would be just "bed - sandwich - to airport."I didn’t have any expectations. But Aishi Machame truly surprised me At this hotelyou can do much more than just sleep - you can really enjoy your time. The restaurant is excellent, with a large selection of dishes, plenty of good alcohol, and many cocktails. There is a large swimming pool, ( towels are provided free of charge). And the spa - I was so grateful for the spa after descending from Kilimanjaro! It’s quiet outside, with no roads nearby, only birds singing in the morning. I would have happily stayed at Aishi for another two or three days just to enjoy the atmosphere of Africa a little longer, but my flight home was waiting. I am endlessly in love with Africa - thanks in no small part to places like this.

great place. I had a really good rest here after Kilimanjaro and before long flight. food was tasty (and coffee was actually pretty good), and the grounds are well maintained and green.rooms are spacious and with the clean bathrooms. staff are polite and friendly. I’m glad I chose to stay at Aish.

We stayed at Aishi Machame Hotel while preparing for our Mount Kilimanjaro adventure, and it was an outstanding experience. The Altezza Travel team at the hotel was very well prepared and worked seamlessly together. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and offered good, affordable meals. I especially appreciated the personal touches — they remembered everyone’s names, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. When I had to stay later after check-out, they helped connect me with a local for a walking hike, and upon my return, made sure my shoes were cleaned and dried for my travels home. The staff’s attention to detail, helpfulness, and genuine care made our stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Aishi Machame Hotel for anyone visiting the area — it’s both comfortable and thoughtfully run.

It’s really nice to stay somewhere where you can feel the management actually cares! I honestly don’t have a single complaint about the hotel. Cleaning, food, service-everything was great. I especially loved the big territory and the pool, such a chill vibe there. Would def come back !
