Very good value for money. Staff are especially accommodating and very nice. Rooms were clean with regular turn downs and aircon and mosquito net. Nice staff I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy. Pretty average. I don't know if it's good for the price because it was booked by our safari group, but it has all that you need. The AC is excellent, there's American movie channels. The wifi was slow at times but overall fine. The shower pressure was average, didn't get too hot when I took one. We were able to check in a little early though.

While the hotel's opulence came at a premium, the breakfast experience fell disappointingly short and my wife did not mince her words about it to the staff and management, leaving much to be desired. We stayed there just for one day and it's all about your expectations. Hotel are 5 min a way from airport I think that is why it a bit overpriced. They have AC and fan which is good but as for me...to dark room and not enough air...very dusty. 80% of the time wifi are not working. It is far from stone town(25 minutes), Breakfast is very bad and there is no lunch and dinner. You need to go to stone town and need to pay for to go and coming back 20$ every day for lunch and dinner. Single matres is very hard, not confortible. You can't sleep on that matress more than one hour up to morning. Swiming pool is small but was very clean and good.

Its a quiet hotel very potential if they take good care of it. Rooms are spacious but overpriced compared to the facility offered. It is to be rated 2 however I have rated it an extra star due to its location near eating joints. Sasa BBQ is just next door woth good indian and sea food, CCM is 5 minutes away with good african food and sometimes a local band plays there.
