Amazing amazing place from the beautiful scenery to the excellent service !! It runs like a well oiled machine , they pay attention to detail to everything!! Special shout out to Mbarouk, Mbonea , Pianeto , Ritha and Jonny they made the visit extra special
Certainly! Here's an exceptional review for Sea Cliff **A Slice of Paradise at Sea Cliff Resort** I recently had the privilege of staying at Sea Cliff Resort in Zanzibar, and it was an unforgettable experience that truly exceeded all my expectations
What I really want to highlight with Sea Cliff is the extremely friendly and service minded staff working at Sea Cliff. Wherever you went around the facilities you were met with a smiling face and a friendly approach
The lush gardens, swaying palm trees, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore create an idyllic atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. **The Rooms:** My room was an oasis of comfort and elegance
The turndown service was a nice touch, and the themed dinners were great, with the Indian night being my favourite. But the highlight of my stay was kayaking at sundown, a first for me and truly unforgettable
From fresh seafood to local Zanzibari delicacies, each meal was a culinary delight. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes

Breakfast Is simple but good enaugh. Staff very helpful, a nearby beach Is very "authentic" with few europeans
A safe refuge in a chaotic island The stay was very lovely compared to the surrounding parts of Zanzibar. You sometimes forgot there was a world outside the resort. The staff was very respectful and helpful
Grisham in particular was very professional, reliable, well-spoken with English, and was able to meet all our requests (including having breakfast made earlier than normal for our flight) with a smile
Staff seem to do the best they can despite limitations, very picturesque in itself however was told to get cash to pay for food and expenses as their card machine was not working.
The best Gym I found in an hotel (even a/c didn't work). The room was enormous, clean and quiet. The Road for getting there Is in bad conditions, as the standard of the Island, excerpt main roads
Nice staff Low season, terrible breakfast. Neighbour hotel chuini saved this stay with amazing lunch and dinner. Comfty beds. Friendly staff.

The hotel rooms are spacious with balconies and the location of the hotel is in the middle of stone town easy access to everything
Nice hotel with budget pricing.
Great place, amazing people 😄
The facilities are old, there is only soap in the bathroom, the smell in the room is not very friendly, and the most important thing is that the price is very high, and the cost performance is very low
Nice staff I arrived after dinner, and they thought I was a no-show so they gave up my premium room. The next day they moved me to a nice room. The place itself is definitely not fancy
its a hotel locaited at town near to stone town city, Zanzibar urban town cuty, its lively place with 5 star service, not far from airport and also very near to port.

We stayed in Bungalow 6 with our two kids. This is a beach resort experience like no other. If you truly want to stop and connect with nature Chume Island is can’t miss
Our trip was a fantastic journey into wilderness and pure nature. We had spend a wonderful week with great outdoor activities and exploring the whole island. The staff was very welcoming and warmhearted
I recommend skipping the forest walk as it's not really anything substantial. Instead beach combing is a great idea. The snorkelling was truly awesome
We enjoyed snorkeling, tidal walks, forest trails, crab walks and a lot more while learning more about ecological subjects. The cabins were very comfortable and the food was also absolutely delicous!
Tropical paradise with awesome snorkeling, monstrous crabs, and beautiful birds. A day trip is possible, but definitely stay overnight, if only for the Coconut Crab walking tour
Chombe is a little bit of heaven! I don't know where to begin in my praise for the charming staff, delicious food, interesting activities (Thankyou so much J2) and idyllic setting. A really magical experience.

The direct access to the public beach added an enjoyable aspect to our downtime
Equipped with hot shower, wall mount split air conditioning, ceiling fan and for some rooms a bonus of a 3'x6' side bed. Great view of the western sun above the ocean from the verandah
One of best places iv stayed and im well travelled. Staff are truly amazing its a true boutique piece if heaven hotel. Food wonderful cocktails lovely right on the beach
The friendly staff ensured that our rooms were maintained with daily cleaning and fresh linens, and despite its proximity to the airport and city, the hotel provided a peaceful ambiance for a restful stay
Fantastic Wifi anywhere you go never had a problem. If there is any negative its there is no shops arround but for us we wanted peace quiet and tranquility good food and drinks which we hot in abundance

The room is very big and the electrical appliances are Chinese brands! The beach is right at the door, so it's convenient to go out to the sea. The hotel has three swimming pools and the children had a lot of fun
The price/performance ratio is good for an all-inclusive hotel in Zanzibar. The beach outside the hotel is very beautiful. The sunset is super beautiful. I spent three nights happily.
If you like the local style, this hotel is the best among the hotels and is highly recommended. Because it is right by the sea, there will be crows as your companions during the open breakfast
It's very convenient to go to Stone Town, just a few steps away
Very ok, I will carry your luggage for you throughout the trip
If you are afraid, just sit under the eaves!

Simply the best hotel in Stone Town, perfectly located in the heart of the city with a fantastic sunset viewpoint
Our dining experience at Beach House Zanzibar was equally exceptional. The seafood was incredibly fresh, expertly prepared, and delicious
Housed in a beautifully restored historic building, Park Hyatt Zanzibar seamlessly blends traditional Zanzibari charm with modern luxury. The design throughout the property is elegant, sophisticated, and truly stunning
Before we headed out, he thoughtfully provided us with Zanzibar map and offered us bottled water for the journey. It was a simple gesture, but one that reflected the genuine warmth and hospitality of this place
The quality, presentation, and flavours were superb, making breakfast one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were also exceptionally warm, attentive, and helpful, further enhancing the overall dining experience

The room is clean and tidy, the service is fast, the attitude is friendly, the cleaning is in place, the facilities are advanced, and the environment is beautiful
Good location, friendly staff, and decent pricing - all you could want!
The only downside it that the front door is back some alleys from the taxi drop-off, but we never felt nervous or that security was an issue
All day dining room service ends early 10pm and there are no places to buy any food if you wake up with a case of the munchies
In the core location of Stone City, there is a highly rated restaurant on the rooftop. It takes only five minutes to walk to the night market. The free shortbread for check-in is very fragrant and delicious
The hotel room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was great. Areas for improvement is the average service at the hotel

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel! I can’t recommend it enough. It was an incredible price for the location and service. Very comfortable and clean room, great location near everything but on a quiet, tucked away block
The staff and manager were so helpful and organised a trip at short notice to prison islands. The beds were very comfortable, the house staff were great and the towels were always in a lovely design and great service
Really good value for money. The hotel is not five star, but it is in a great location and the service is great. Hotel is located one block from Park Hyatt, and within close distance to beach front restaurants.
The hotel has a great location, situated near the beach in Stone City, next to the Hyatt Park Hotel. The hotel is very clean, the service is good, and the breakfast on the top floor is excellent!
Needed assistance retrieving a package from the crazy ferry terminal and the front desk attendant personally went to pick it up for me at the end of his shift. Many more examples of kind and helpful staff
Fabulous service and assistance from all of the staff. Arriving a bit late to breakfast hours and hoping maybe I can grab a bit of left over fruit- “no problem” and served me a full sit-down breakfast

When I was making my research about hotels in the island, Paradise Beach Resort definitely called my attention for all its offered benefits and facilities such as the All Inclusive package, daily entertainment shows, different bars and pools to enjoy
The staff were absolutely friendly, professional and helpful. I want to mention Happy Hostess, Johannes the masai, the chef Lotfy. The hospitality was BEYOND my expectations, they made me feel like in home
The food at Namaste was very tasty and the spices were very mild. Dennis' was serving us always wearing an engageous smile and always helpful. Dennis has been professional everyday.
The hotel is full of families, honey mooners; however, as a solo traveler is a lovely option to enjoy solitude relax time, and why not having the change to make new friends
I came alone and staying in a nice place where all my necessities are being taking care of is my number one priority

I paid circa $50 for one night here on a work trip. For that price I think it was a complete bargain. Location is great, no night clubs / chickens crowing next door so quiet
This is a unique property in the Stone Town area of the Zanzibar, close vicinity to the Forodha Park , the hotel is quiet and gives you a feel of the ancient times a great break from the new modern hotels
Happy to change pressure as needed, welcoming and a delight in general. The room and atmosphere was Also lovely. Maryam is only massaging women so I feel Should be supported in her endeavors
I didn’t stay at the hotel but went for a massage at the spa with Maryam and I want to highly y recommend her to any women whom want some pampering or just a good massage
Instead it’s bursting with Stone Town character, amazing location, nice bed and bathroom with lovely staff. Will stay again and willing to pay a little more
I didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on food (so many choices within a 5-10 min walk). This is not a luxury hotel like a Hyatt or Serena

The Madinat Al Bahr hotel is conveniently located at a beach near the airport (3km, 6-10min drive) and also not far from Zanzibar City (7km, around 10-15min drive) with its famous stone town and ferry terminal to Dar Es Salaam etc
The beginning was a little bumpy yet after I addressed my concerns, the management in all departments including frontdesk and F&B went out of there way to make this visit for my mother and me even more memorable than expected
The hotel's architecture is impressive. The breakfast buffet is nice, but lunch an dinner buffet happens only on weekends. The restaurant kitchen is strong on local Swaheli food, fresh produce and Indian dishes
But don't order the T-Bone steak. I asked for medium rare but got a hard boiled (!) though correct piece of meat but too tough to either cut or chew. The rooms are big and clean with nice ocean views
We booked a lift to the ferry but they told us totally wrong ferry times and basically cost me a whole day driving to a ferry that left long before. They had no clue what they were selling
But again, not really the hotel's responsibility. The reception easily let me book an additional early check-in and late check-out both of which made my trip a lot more pleasant

Very Beautiful place, clean & a lovely atmosphere The breakfast is 10/10 😅🙌 Had a lovely stay Just behind stone town & at the centre of the town great for visit around sorrounding areas They helped us through the visit 👍🙂
The front desk staff was out of this world, he explained to us how to go about town and even gave us advice on how to interact with the locals. The breakfast was exquisite 😋 the rooms are very spacious.
- The staff is very kind, especially the gentleman who waited for us until 4 am for the check-in, the structure is available all 24 hours - The rooms reflect 100% what I paid for, nothing more, nothing less, being modest the price you cannot expect an extra luxury resort, but the room, despite being humble and with old finishes, was tidy, clean (daily cleaning) and the king size bed very comfortable...
After all, the hotel is not bad at all and is consistent with the price. I don't know how the chores of those who have been scammed went, but I had no problems booking with booking
- Retro is managed by the same owner as Hiliki House, and they share the reception and breakfast room, but Retro's rooms are in the building next door
At first I was afraid it was a scam, given the other reviews, but in fact it was not and I want to give information to skeptical readers

Very good hotel, good environment, good service, a small beach, clean swimming pool. We booked a one-price package with three meals included, and the food was very good and it felt very worthwhile.
We recently celebrated our anniversary at Zanzi Resort, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of
We stayed in an ocean front villa with a private pool, which offered excellent privacy and seclusion—something we particularly appreciated as a Muslim couple

The area around the hotel is bustling in the day and quiet at night. A taxi cannot drive up to this property so you will to do a short walk through the streets to get there. The staff were friendly and always greeted us
The common areas for breakfast and by the pool were also clean. Any messes in the common areas were cleaned promptly. The bed is a firm mattress but it was comfortable
Service: Overall was very good, i have no complaints it was a nice stay. Cleanliness: cleaners regularly came in to clean and left cute snacks on the bed. Pool: The pool was great, very deep i'm 5'6 and had to tread
The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is a short walk to the Forodhani Gardens and the former Slave Market. There are several restaurants closeby especially a very popular one Lukmaan
Food: we missed breakfast the first day, but were able to have it the remaining days and it was always good. The restaurant which hosted breakfast was very cute with swings and canopy trees and the pool
We didn't hear much noise, it was quiet. NOT ACCESSIBLE BY TAXI! ensure the taxi driver walks you to the location as it can be a bit tricky if you dont have access to GPS

The windows are stained glass. The location is also excellent. Nearby is the night market, which is a bright landmark, the Mercury House is a 7-minute walk away, the House of Wonders and the old fort are also very close
Very close to the ferry to Dar es Salaam. The hotel building is very historic. The room is large and the sea view is right outside the window. The breakfast is rich. The restaurant is on the balcony facing the sea.
A gorgeous hotel right in the center of events. We had a huge room with a view of the ocean and the port, with a large balcony. The only thing is that it was named after the famous slave trader, Tippu Tip
I didn't understand why, it was awkward. But the rest of the hotel is wonderful. You can look at the artifacts that the hotel is full of for a long time. There is a swimming pool and even a fountain

The internal courtyard makes the hotel very quiet. The rooftop is lovely for breakfast and dinner or the Secret Garden within the hotel compound is also lovely for a meal
