This hotel represents a significant investment with poor management of the guest experience. At the reception, it took me over an hour to get to my room. The receptionist was extremely slow, and the whole process was manual; it took more than 20 minutes to locate an empty and open room for occupancy. The room was average, with old furniture and overused mattresses and pillows, which does not equate to the value of the money I spent. They told us the breakfast would be served by 7.30 am but there was none and when asked staff why there is no breafast there was no reponse ad one just said we are late wait for 30 minutes will be ready .in the same morning the receptionits could not care my concern i just decided to cancel my stay. PLEASE BE AWARE THE HOTEL LACKS MANAGEMENT, LACKS PROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND HAS NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY

One of best places iv stayed and im well travelled. Staff are truly amazing its a true boutique piece if heaven hotel. Food wonderful cocktails lovely right on the beach. A perfect place to relax. Fantastic Wifi anywhere you go never had a problem. If there is any negative its there is no shops arround but for us we wanted peace quiet and tranquility good food and drinks which we hot in abundance.

We chose this hotel for our conference in Zanzibar due to its location near the airport and Stone Town, providing great convenience for attendees. The friendly staff ensured that our rooms were maintained with daily cleaning and fresh linens, and despite its proximity to the airport and city, the hotel provided a peaceful ambiance for a restful stay. The direct access to the public beach added an enjoyable aspect to our downtime. Furthermore, the hotel features a spacious conference room, tasty food, and a comfortable atmosphere, making it a great venue for productive meetings and successful business events.

Beautiful setting, private restaurant to enjoy the sunset from. The check in lady was very kind and upgraded our rooms to seafront for free! Rightly priced, restaurant prices the best of the hotels, and food is good too. Access is to a very public beach with stoney sand as opposed to the common white sand.

Big bed , heavy breakfast included, quite and peaceful neighborhood. Nice staffs
Bad. Telephone is not working and distance from reception to room was long, my room was 133 water was coming with little pressure hard to enjoyed bath, AC was hard to switch on.

Very good peaceful hotel . Very unique different from all others.. nature and sea both u can meet ... As very complicated built on some kind of Hill area .. Good Service Good specious Rooms.. Very Different experience

Horrible do NOT STAY HERE
Unfriendly staff very run down hotel. Very depressing!! Stayed there with friends out of 3 room in 2 the showers were not working. Seemed to be the only people there . VERY DEPRESSING HOTEL!!!!

My wife & I had an excellent experience. All the hotel staff were so friendly. They also arranged a spice tour, city tour and a boat ride to prison island. The food at the hotel was very good too. The location is on the beach too. The room was clean had air conditioning. There was a mosquito net on the bed also but we didn't need it.
