Where to stay in Phi Phi Island

Location is close to the ferry pier. It takes just 3 minutes walk. Semi clean room, some part like a wall is a bit rusty. Quiet in the daytime.

I cannot understand all the bad reviews. For 2 nights you spend 1400 Baht..you are in the center. Its not a fancy room and yes the walls could do some paint. But its clean and you have your private room. And pay almost the same like sleeping in a dorm...+ You got your own bathroom! The only downside..it is noisy because there is a construction side somewhere around But thats not the hotels fault

+ room clean + location + personal + bag drop before/after your check-in/out + quiet - bathroom - small room - without any wardrobes Overall: for just sleeping its pretty fine, else.. but why would you stay at hotel, explore the Island

Location is perfect and that room is as in the pictures: basic but with the essential and extremely clean. Also, the room is super quiet even tho the hotel is in the center, super close to the market. For its price I think it’s a good deal, especially for backpackers.

For a hotel that charges over USD 1,000 per day, it should deliver much more. The gym is terrible. All the glass is dirty. Very good location, near the beach, restaurants and shops.

The view is indeed great! However, right next door there's a bar with a subwoofer blasting until 2:30 AM, making it impossible to sleep! I booked two nights but only stayed one before checking out. Since it was a non-refundable booking on Ctrip, I couldn't get a refund, essentially wasting one night's room fee.

A lovely stay here. The beds were good, rooms were clean, but not much privacy. Good aircon and they give you a padlock and locker for your stuff for free. Only thing that was lacking was water pressure but overall very satisfied.

Decent hostel and private rooms were reasonably priced. The customer service was great! room was pretty dirty and the beds weren’t very comfortable, but no worse than any other hostel on the island. The location was very convenient and loved having the laundry accessible in the building.

The beds in the dorm rooms were all next to each other which was a little different than the usual bunk bed style. You could hang your towels on the dividers between the beds to have a bit more privacy. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was decent. Cost is around 280-300baht per night.

Good for short stay. Rooms are simple but ok, clean, comfortable bed. Windows have mosquito nets. You can hear the beach bar music but still ok to sleep (anyway I think you hear the music on the whole island, they are terribly loud and annoying when you are on the beach). Location is in a quiet area (no bar or restaurant around) but on the way you cross a stinky klong with black water and lots of trash...

The host was extremely friendly with us. The room is good considering the low price we paid for it, it had a small balcony, A/C, a tv, and it was very clean. The only difficulty for me was the location, it was a little bit far from everything. But I read from other reviews that it used to be a noisy area at night, which is totally not the case now. It was very quiet and we had a good sleep.

The host was so friendly, really helpful giving advice about things to do, also helped booking tours and transport off the island. The room was fairly basic but clean and certainly adequate for the cheap price paid. Main issue was slightly out of the hosts control, but related to noise. We stayed a bit further out of the main town to avoid the loud bars and clubs but the Ibiza pool party was so loud...

The people who work here are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help you. You can rent free snorkeling gear and they are so well informed about the island. The rooms smell great and are well air-conditioned. Extremely clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Love this place!

We didn't read that check-in was until 6 PM and arrived at 8 PM after our tour. It was really hard to get a hold of the staff, but they eventually let us in. We ended up on the top floor. The room was pretty basic, which is understandable for the price (3,700 rubles). There was no fridge, but it did have air conditioning.

In a great location not too far away from everything but far enough to get a peaceful nights sleep. The room itself seemed clean and fresh. The air con worked amazingly. Only couple of downfalls the drains smelt abit and we didn’t get room service. The bed was very firm for sure but sure some people would like it. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel is well located, but the street is very busy and there is a restaurant across the road, so it can be noisy at night. Make sure to check whether your room has hot water to avoid surprises. The shower is open with no glass, so the bathroom floor gets wet easily. There is no air conditioning, only a fan.

Good and peaceful location. They have 2 rooms of 10 beds and shared bathroom. I went in October and it was empty. No guests. The bathroom are ok. There was no caretaker for the evening and the water ran out. There was no water supply in the bathroom till morning and no way to contact. They don't have food facility.

The dorms were crowded, with most returning after midnight, which disrupted my sleep. The air conditioning was quite cold. It was clean, and the bedding was complete. This is a great place to stay on Phi Phi Island, and it's perfect for a short stay!

I mean its cheap so ypu cant complain much but the bathroom is a bit problematic. If anyone goes to the toilet at night you can hear it. The bathroom is in generel not so good. But the beds are good and you get free Water. Its also no so close to the restaurant so its nicely quit.

There is a restaurant right in front of the hostel. The hostel is OK but there is very very very loud music until 1 am!!! Don't stay there if you are planning to go to bed early. But probably there is no other better option at this price range

The hostel has a good location in the island and provides lots of servives such as boat tour, ferry etc. I wish there was a private safe for our valuable items. Also there is a cafe/bar in front of it and they play a very loud music you hear it in the room.

Great hostel with the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, and the bunks offer good privacy with very comfortable beds. Free basic food is included, such as breakfast, coffee, and tea. They also provide snorkeling and beach equipment, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a very well-run and impressive place.

This is a good hostel for the island. It’s well priced, perfect location being next to the beach and near all of the night life. However the hostel itself is quite small with the social area being just the front balcony part which no body used. The beds were also very uncomfortable and firm, but I didn’t mind that too much. Amazing service the crew were really friendly, they gave tips about the island, all the rooms are clean and tidy. The food on the restaurant was great and it had good prices.

Honestly this place was completely fine for what you pay for. The staff were helpful with my bags, the bed was clean. The bathroom was basic but clean. Good shower pressure and they stored my bags for the morning after checkout. If you’re looking for a cheap place to put your head down, it’s ok.

We spent there 4 nights and no one cleaned our room, it was really difficult to regulate or turn off an air conditioner. There are some cafes and bar around where there is a loud music. Plus for location (its close to the pier and beach), cafe downstairs and really friendly staff.

I stayed 5 nights in a dorm. 350 baht ($10 USD at time of stay). A/C and fans, wifi in rooms, hot water, towel. Two bathrooms in a room of 8. Social area upstairs, restaurant downstairs (average). They cleaned the room and bathroom every day. Phi phi is a little more expensive than the mainland, therefore this is good value.
