We stayed at the Kitty Guesthouse for 3 nights. We found the rooms comfortable and the staff made up the beds daily. Rooms were clean. The lovely staff even took all our luggage down to the pier at 8:15am.

Only downside is it is a 15 minute walk into the main part of Phi Phi but we didn’t we got to see a lot more of the island that way.

If you are looking for a budget hotel in Phi Phi I would stay here again

We didn’t sleep there but we book a trip through them. The lady was incredibly helpful and gave us a really good price compared to others.
For further context, we had an accident a few days earlier and were covered in bandaids which we couldn’t wet. We checked with many agencies in Ao Nang and Phi Phi if there is any way for us to see the Islands and stay dry and everyone said „sorry, no”. She was the only one who said „sure, I will give you a loundry plastic bag for your legs!” and planned us a trip to see the most without having to go into the water. It was an amazing experience and I’m forever grateful to her!
We stayed dried all the time :)

We had a great stay here. It was clean and we did not see any bugs. The previous review showed termites, which are common around here and they are not known to hitchhike on clothing/backpacks. Our room had AC, and the bathroom was clean. The owner were very friendly and helped us to transfer our luggage back to the pier when it was time to leave. I got my 1,000 baht deposit back. It is a 15 min walk from the pier, one of the farther away compared to other hostels but we did not have a problem with the walk, only slightly uphill at the last stretch. You can hear the bass from the party music at the beach, but we are far away from the beach so I think you can hear the music no matter where you go. If you stay at a hostel closer to the beach, the music will be even louder. There is a dump site about 5 min down the road, but I never smelled it from the hostel only when. walking by.

Slightly tucked away from Main Street but 5 minute walk into the centre and 15 mins to pier. Lovely and helpful staff as well as a basic breakfast included in the price which did not go unnoticed. Rooms were nice and clean with a cool balcony and new A/C. Thank you!

We stayed two nights in this hotel and everything was perfect, the man at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. For the location it’s not to far from the center but not to near so very nice for people who wants to have calm. To resume we will recommend this place ! Also you will see a few cats 🐱 so perfect for cats lovers.

This place is horrible in a middle of a trash site And don't think it's your room the owner get inside your room as he want !!

The worst place you can be. The bathroom stinks, the area is ruined and full of garbage. the owner is unpredictable and aggressive, she will accuse you of something you didn't do and call the police on you to get money from you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Few days ago we arrived and didnt have a reservation. The host had only one room without balcony. We took it, but didnt expect it to be so bad! Air condition did not had a remote, so if we want to turn it off - we will stay in a dark :( no fridge in a room as well. The bathroom is like 1 m3, so then you shower (no curtnains) the water will go all over the place. We openned a drawer and so many little beetless showed up! We cleaned it a bit and hopped that after a walk the lady will clean it, but it wasnt done. We couldnt stay longer and checked out. The host offered to stay at least for a night, but we couldnt stay longer in such a place. And we were charged for a whole night, but we only showered once! We read so many good reviews about this place and were so upset to find it so unpleasant. With an extra 5 Eur per day in another hotel we got a clean room with a view and balcony, and a pool, so definitely not worth to stay in Kittys guesthouse.

Good for short stay. Rooms are simple but ok, clean, comfortable bed. Windows have mosquito nets. You can hear the beach bar music but still ok to sleep (anyway I think you hear the music on the whole island, they are terribly loud and annoying when you are on the beach).
Location is in a quiet area (no bar or restaurant around) but on the way you cross a stinky klong with black water and lots of trash along the way. Hope that the trash will be removed soon.
People are very friendly, small breakfast included.
