This place is horrible in a middle of a trash site And don't think it's your room the owner get inside your room as he want !!

The worst place you can be. The bathroom stinks, the area is ruined and full of garbage. the owner is unpredictable and aggressive, she will accuse you of something you didn't do and call the police on you to get money from you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Few days ago we arrived and didnt have a reservation. The host had only one room without balcony. We took it, but didnt expect it to be so bad! Air condition did not had a remote, so if we want to turn it off - we will stay in a dark :( no fridge in a room as well. The bathroom is like 1 m3, so then you shower (no curtnains) the water will go all over the place. We openned a drawer and so many little beetless showed up! We cleaned it a bit and hopped that after a walk the lady will clean it, but it wasnt done. We couldnt stay longer and checked out. The host offered to stay at least for a night, but we couldnt stay longer in such a place. And we were charged for a whole night, but we only showered once! We read so many good reviews about this place and were so upset to find it so unpleasant. With an extra 5 Eur per day in another hotel we got a clean room with a view and balcony, and a pool, so definitely not worth to stay in Kittys guesthouse.

Good for short stay. Rooms are simple but ok, clean, comfortable bed. Windows have mosquito nets. You can hear the beach bar music but still ok to sleep (anyway I think you hear the music on the whole island, they are terribly loud and annoying when you are on the beach).
Location is in a quiet area (no bar or restaurant around) but on the way you cross a stinky klong with black water and lots of trash along the way. Hope that the trash will be removed soon.
People are very friendly, small breakfast included.

The hospitality was really bad. Overall quality of room sucked. There were alot of bugs in the room. Even cockroaches in the bathroom. There are cheaper and better options in the city centre. Which we moved to after an encounter with the host.

The host was extremely friendly with us. The room is good considering the low price we paid for it, it had a small balcony, A/C, a tv, and it was very clean. The only difficulty for me was the location, it was a little bit far from everything. But I read from other reviews that it used to be a noisy area at night, which is totally not the case now. It was very quiet and we had a good sleep.

The host was so friendly, really helpful giving advice about things to do, also helped booking tours and transport off the island. The room was fairly basic but clean and certainly adequate for the cheap price paid. Main issue was slightly out of the hosts control, but related to noise. We stayed a bit further out of the main town to avoid the loud bars and clubs but the Ibiza pool party was so loud we could still hear it very loudly from our room until the early hours of the morning, a couple of the other guests I spoke to said the same. The windows and door to the balcony were not sealed properly which probably made this worse. We also asked for an extra blanket at one point as we only had a thin sheet but unfortunately this was not possible.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help you. You can rent free snorkeling gear and they are so well informed about the island. The rooms smell great and are well air-conditioned. Extremely clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Love this place!
