We had a spectacular time at The Nidhra. Joe is such a kind and cheerful host, who made us feel right at home.
The rooms are spacious, clean, with balcony and a drying rack. Most comfy bed I had on this trip yet! Seriourly soft, high-quality mattresses. I was able to work remotely with ease thanks to the high-speed wifi.
The pool is great for a swim as it's deeper than other pools we had before in the area. Ample sunbeds offer space to relax. At the reception, there is a coffeemachine for all day fresh espresso. Really good coffee, for americano just choose espresso or double espresso and a serving of hot water from the machine.
The location is very practical, tasty restaurants nearby, close to the beach and we felt very safe also at night. The island is big to it's useful to rent a scooter from the hotel and explore.

The room is of really poor quality, the shower is peeling and there is mold and the water in the shower smells terrible. The hotel is full of mosquitoes. You can see that the room is not equipped at all and does not look like the pictures.
And the staff here are really not nice and only want the money, they are not willing to refund us even for one night. We stayed here for 5 days and moved to another hotel and had to pay again and more.

A beautiful hotel run by absolutely lovely people. Gorgeous pool, large clean rooms, 50m from the beach through a little glade. Cheap moped hire, free coffee and a quiet and peaceful place. 10/10

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, we even lost our camera during the night, and it was returned to us first thing in the morning, which we appreciated so much.
The hotel is located right by the sea, just a two-minute walk from our room. There is also a pool, and the staff provide beach towels for guests. The beach itself is wonderfully quiet and almost empty, making it the perfect place to relax.
We truly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service.

The stay was absolutely amazing, the owerns of the resort are so helpfull an d sweet, they arrange everything for you. From a taxi to the full moon party, a scooter delivred at the resort doorsteps to a taxi in the middle of the night to catch the first ferry at 5 am. always with the biggest smile ☺️

I don’t often write reviews but felt I needed to after my experience here, the staff particularly the lady behind reception were so kind and welcoming and helpful, they even gave me a free bag when I was leaving and nothing was too much trouble. This is a very cute little resort just a one minute walk from the beach with a lovely pool that gives a jungle vibe. Would recommend for a stay in Koh Phangan :)

Very central. Easy access to all amenities. Really enjoyed the pool being the same depth with no sudden deep end. Also The safe paddling pool for children. All units ground level with easy access to pool.

The hotel itself is a 2star, not a 3star as stated. I rented a motorbike from this place during Covid. The owner decided to have no staff working the entire day during my entire stay so when I was finished with the bike the day before checkout I couldn't hand in the keys. The next day the owner wanted me to pay for an extra day. Now, a normal hotel owner would maybe understand the situation but instead he charged me the extra day even though I didnt use the bike at all. It was only like 4 usd which I dont care about but the fact he made a deal and tried to look at security video footage to see when I returned to the hotel is laughable. If he wants to run a normal hotel then actually employ ppl to work the front desk but i guess that is too hard to do and instead its easier to scam ppl out of money, which is sadly too typical in Thailand since all ppl care about is scammiing foreigners out of money. So I would not recommend this place or the scam owner as he's full of sht.

Fantastic place to stay at, great value. Very quiet, 30 seconds walk to the beach, big and comfy beds, strong water pressure in bathroom... I could go on. The staff resolves any problems in a very swift manner. I would definitely stay here again, it's a great deal!
