Nice location great customer service support. Easy to travel around in the city. The hotel is a bit outdate but they have everything.

Room is big. Have ample parking space. Will come back again in future.

Nice pool near shopping mall n local market

This hotel was a stopover on our way to Koh Samui. It's conveniently located near Central Plaza, making dining and shopping very easy. It seems to be one of the larger hotels in the area.

Even though it's an old hotel, but it's still good and very convenient. Good water pressure, breakfast selections, convenient car park, and it's near lotus, central department store, home pro.

We didn't receive the pool view room we initially booked on Agoda, but instead a parking lot view. I spoke to reception, who was able to arrange a nice pool view room from our 3rd night

It's a comfortable hotel with low rates. The chicken congee for breakfast is delicious!

Our room type was the one with a couch in the room, we used that little space a lot. Air con worked well and quietly. Quiet surrounds also, slept well

Walking into the lobby, you can see it was once a truly luxurious place, and that sense of scale and history is still there. However, it's clear the hotel is in need of a bit of a makeover

While everything is clean, the decor and some furnishings feel a little tired and dated. That minor point aside, our stay was very pleasant

Our family stayed at this hotel for one night on our way from Koh Samui to Bangkok. We were checked into a standard room on the first floor. It seemed to have been recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable

The only disappointment was the swimming pool which, although situated in what was a beautiful tropical jungle scene, looked a bit iffy for swimming as there were understandably leaves and bugs on the surface

There was an outdoor pool which looked very inviting on the lobby camera but was unfortunately closed

A clean and tidy room although the bathroom facilities could have been better such as a shower curtain to stop the water splashing everywhere but otherwise very handy for a couple of local restaurants out front the swimming pool was great and the massage was excellent

There are two great pools (one saltwater) and a cozy, small beach. Pro tip: Don’t just grab a taxi from the pier like I did—it’s expensive. Check with the hotel first for better transfer options

The hotel design is stunning, and being driven around in small wooden buggies makes you feel truly pampered. The food (Thai, Western, and Japanese) is delicious, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly

Yes, treatments are pricier than what you’ll find outside the resort, but the space itself is beautiful, serene, and well kept. Food at the hotel was good and perfectly fine, though not particularly memorable

Really great hotel, the sea is just 5 meters from the room. The breakfast is delicious and always varied. Housekeeping is good and they provide water for the room. We were happy with the price, 5000 rubles per night

The pool was green & murky when I stayed

The place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon

We stayed at another resort on the beach but found everyday breakfast here during our two weeks excellent. 150 B per person buffet breakfast eat all you want. Great coffee and juices aswell

There's a bungalow overlooking the pool (a puddle 6-7 meters in diameter), where there's also a restaurant and a bunch of tables

I was only here for the food. The fried banana was great. It was served with buttery sauce with a hint of vanilla. I guess. It goes well with the fried banana.

The restaurant in this hotel is kind of legendary. It has been around for several decades. Two things that you must try is the fish soup and the fried banana.

Great food in the hotel. The banana fritters alone were worth the trip from Bangkok. Classy place, if you're ever in Surat, give it a try.

The hotel was pretty much empty, but everything work fine there, good WiFi, a/c , hot water, nice bed, all good, and only 580 baht. Very strange. Breakfast was a rip off.

The resort is located right next to the beach, and having breakfast with a sea view every morning was a real highlight. The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a good variety and some changes from day to day

There are two swimming pools, I would suggest to spend max time at the one on each side. @ aqua bar happy hours 3-4 pm & tropikana bistro 5-6 pm

Both buy 1 get 1 Breakfast buffet was fantastic , I would suggest them to keep atleast 2 South Indian dishes , Great food by Chef Vijval (V) who is at the noodle soup and egg station, whatever we say he cooks the best, I even introduced Kalakki from Tamilnadu and he was ready to experiment for me

We had a great time at the Shore Samui. Our room was the best with more or less a room ensuite, a small patio and a small private swimming pool. The room was kept really clean

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights . In front of the beach , quiet area ! Very nice staff and owner. It’s better for you to book straight with them than a booking engine or tour operator. Clean rooms , smart tv , A/C .

Lovely room on the first floor at the back with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors so a great view to the beach. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. Used the shuttle service to the airport which was super punctual

Had room 106 next to the sea and it was stunningly beautiful. Room was clean, large with a terrace basically on the beach. Toilet door doesn’t offer much privacy but a small price to pay for the hotel location

We've stayed in many hotels in Thailand and have never experienced this before. Maybe it was poorly insulated. The location was great, though, with a 7-Eleven, pier, pharmacy, and restaurants nearby

At night it’s relaxing and convenient to take a table right on the beach and often they have entertainment like fire show or saxophone. Very grateful for the 3 days we enjoyed here. Definitely recommend to visit

I had stayed on this beach years ago, and it remained one of my absolute favourites. We decided to splurge and stay at the Buri Rasi this time, and we were not disappointed

It's important to note that since we were traveling with young children, we couldn’t split into separate rooms. Staying all five of us in one room felt quite tight for our family

Has a rack of dumbells max is 12 km. Only one weight machine that needs to be repaired. Two treadmills in good condition, 1 out of order. Restaurant serve only buffet breakfast. Room service only from 7am to 2 pm

Friends prefere places in the City, but for us this Location ist the best. A nice Thai evening Market to eat and Drink is around the Corner, also 7/11. For people who Like to walk the City is Close by

Pizza is a winner always, the seafood platter is incredible, rivalling even the most famous fish restaurant on the island. All the food and drinks are delicious and the staff are ALWAYS helpful, fun and friendly

We stayed at Mily Bay Resort in August 2024 and have only great memories. We had a beachfront bungalow with a terrace. It wasn’t very large or luxurious, but it had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable

The rooms are a bit small, but good enough for 2 people, I wouldnt recommend for 3. The atmosphere was very good and staff very friendly and ready to help you with anything. Also, the view was stunning.
