A very clean, bright, and beautiful home. The hosts clearly put a lot of care into keeping it tidy. Wishing the hosts much happiness and prosperity!

I liked the accommodation. Clean, beautiful, cozy, neat. Follow the accommodation rules. They are not the same everywhere. Check-in is strictly before 19:00. This is not the whim of the owner, but a requirement of the supervisory authority.
I did not have any negative impressions.

A beautiful traditional Thai mansion with equally traditional English furnishings created such a cosy, homely atmosphere. A true home away from home. Boosting 3 of Thailand’s oldest trees in the front garden, the care taken over the house, hospitality to guests and the great service are second to none!

Highly recommend- beautiful breakfast, great recommendations of where to go and what to do and friendly morning chats made this the perfect stay.

The hotel is a beautiful house and a green garden with a very calm and quiet atmosphere. The hotel staff is very hospitable and ready to tell all the useful and necessary information for a tourist. The hotel room has everything you need, I did not find any shortcomings. Also, two very kind and friendly dogs live in the hotel.

If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and serene place to stay, Banyan House Samui Bed and Breakfast is a hidden gem. The house is spacious, with numerous well-kept bedrooms, making it perfect for families, friends, or solo travelers.

Khun Tok, the host, is an absolute delight. His kindness and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. He not only took great care of all the guests but also shared local tips, including a recommendation for an incredible restaurant named King Pakarang. The food was fantastic, and the location featured the iconic coconut tree, which gracefully curves above the sea—a sight to behold!

One of the house’s standout features is the majestic banyan tree in front. It not only adds charm to the property but also provides excellent shade and ventilation, keeping the house cool and refreshing throughout the day.

As for the negative reviews, I believe they mostly stem from disrespectful and inconsiderate guests. This is a place for those who appreciate peace, community, and mutual respect. If that’s not your vibe, this might not be the place for you.

For me, my stay was nothing short of wonderful, and I can’t recommend Banyan House Samui bed and breakfast enough!
