This hotel was a stopover on our way to Koh Samui. It's conveniently located near Central Plaza, making dining and shopping very easy. It seems to be one of the larger hotels in the area.

Convenient place for this hotel . Old room but worthy for price

A nice hotel with great views! We stayed here for just one night before our flight. There are two large shopping malls nearby, and plenty of restaurants serving local cuisine. If I ever need to stay in Surat Thani again, I'll choose this hotel!

Complete sanitary facilities. Clean It's a little far from the city, but it's easy to take a taxi. The staff are friendly and helpful. Answer any questions you may have. The hotel is old and well kept. It is close to the river and has a riverside walkway.

We were welcomed (or should I say unwelcome) to an extremely rude lady who struggled to find our booking for a good half an hour. We did not get the room we booked at first. However we did get cheap upgrade to a great bungalow with a nice view. The restaurant was not good at all and the breakfast service was poor. Customer service was poor.

Fantastic (absolute bargain) hotel right by the water. You can snorkel off the beach, and walk on a beautiful sand bar. Swimmers pool is huge with plenty of comfortable loungers. A hotel complex in the heart of Khao Sok, a 5-minute walk from the National Park. The hotel has everything you need. The pool is clean and open 24 hours a day. Tour programs are available. The breakfast is good. Monkeys live on the property.

A truly unique experience!! The entire place is designed like a Japanese garden, the atmosphere is surreal and the food is delicious. Nice place, good location. Monkeys all around, so watch out for food grabs. They feel too comfortable around people and will even go into your room if you do not lock it. I absolutely love this place! it’s very cheap but still very nice the staff here are really friendly and nice. Although be aware of the monkeys they don’t hurt you but the room next to us the monkey tried the door and it opened because the people that were staying in the room forgot to lock it before they went out the monkey trashed the place 😬🤦‍♀️😂🤪🤣🤭😳

Excellent location with a great staff and an amazing breakfast! I booked the lake-view room, and it was fantastic—new, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Be aware of the monkeys roaming around—make sure to lock your doors! It was an incredible experience, and they also offer lake tours with an overnight stay or a day trip. I chose the day trip, and it was absolutely perfect!

Staff friendly, rooms clean but basic with some ants able to get in and cold showers. The site could do with a general tidy up but the location was good. The breakfast was also basic. In regards to reviews about the monkeys, there were monkeys keeping a watch over breakfast, and one tried to get into our lodge giving us a 7am wakeup call but we had no real issues with them.

The restaurant in this hotel is kind of legendary. It has been around for several decades. Two things that you must try is the fish soup and the fried banana.

Pretty Chilled out hotel with ever so helpful staff. There's a big swimming pool with a tennis court at the side. The café in the hotel is pretty good with Karaoke in the night. Buri Rasa is a beautiful hotel located right on the beachfront. The staff is very friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with any request.
