Grounds and Accommodation The hotel grounds are extensive, like stepping into a jungle. We rented a large two-story house, and when we opened the door, we were amazed by its spaciousness

This hotel is located between 2 beaches, secret beach and haad yao this was the perfect location for relaxing ,the hotel restaurant was amazing the food was outstanding with hanging ropes and hammocks it is simply stunning, all the staff were amazing we asked for a late check out and they did not charge any extra , the koh phangan beach club connected to the hotel was the highlight of our 3 week trip...

We had a beach front villa, the villa was lovely, felt like home from the moment we walked in, lots of space and a kitchen area, and a washing machine which was lovely to get some washing done before we continued travelling

The hotel staff's hospitalities and the location was very good. Especially, the sun set view was awesome. However, If you would like to join the full moon party on Haad Rin, it's a little far from the hotel.

It’s really the small touches that count, fruit on arrival, the softest towels, diffuser, insect repellant etc- all makes a tired traveller relax and settle in

Location is good, 4 mins from Zen Beach. Like other hotels in the area, there is A LOT of going up and down stairs in order to get to your room, let alone the beach

The hotel doesn't have a very usable beach, but if you walk down a couple of minutes there are nice beaches and a few mins away you can find Zen Beach. There are a few nice cats roaming the grounds, which is always fun

The beach was perfect for snorkeling and at night we even got to see bio-luminescent plankton which was quite special, but very dependent on the season/weather

Because it was off-season, the resort was doing construction work which was sometimes quite noticable while sitting at the beachbar

This place is doing their best and that’s enough for me at under 50USD per night…if you want a beach club with unnecessary guards at every entrance in the beach there’s a place next-door that’s run by the Burmese that will charge you about two to $400 a night… but you came to Thailand, right?

Excellent value for money Ignore the old reviews- this place has had a makeover and for the price, it’s excellent. You can’t get closer to the beach, the area is quiet but still with enough shops/ cafes and restaurants

And the beach makes it also worth paying that bit extra for! Didn’t use the pool but plenty of people were, the temperature felt good (perhaps could’ve had a bit of a clean though)

If you're looking for simple, affordable accommodation right on the beach, this is the place for you. We were recommended this resort, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations

We stayed here for two nights over new years to head to the FMP, it was about 300 baht ew pp for a taxi there and also about 300 baht pp to the pier - but it’s much nicer than staying in Haad Rin if you’re a couple

We’ve stayed at Baan Manali during three previous vacations as well, and returning here truly feels like coming home. The place is always peaceful, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The staff are kind and wonderful

The Baan Manali is an excellent resort for the price. It's on a lovely stretch of beach, they serve up amazing food and drinks, wifi is excellent and staff are very friendly

You won't find many good restaurants nearby, but this is the case in most areas and a scooter hire is almost essential in Koh Phangan if you want to explore the island and restaurants

This was the last of our stays after visiting four different islands in Thailand. This property was beautifully maintained with great views and pool right on the ocean

We stayed in one of the traditional beach bungalows just a few steps from the beautiful beach. The accommodation we had was traditional and basic but had a safe box, smart TV and excellent bedside charging points
