Exceptional service from one of the staff at the deli. Had to wait for a few hours before check in, she was attentive, diligent and apparently came with exceptional memory. My family and I had an enjoyable time. We stayed in the hotel. It’s clean and the room is spacious. The only thing is that you have to request for basic amenities like toothbrush or shaver etc. unless the cleaner of the day forgot to restock. Service is above and beyond. Love the buffet breakfast. Having Starbucks in the hotel is a plus. The gym is fully equipped and had a good workout too.

Resort is great. Staff is helpful. Although checkout was a disaster. After I had paid they ran up and said we have more bills for you to sign. Ridiculous. Other than checkout it was a dream vacation. The resort is for families. So if you are looking for adult time that is not possible.

We were very satisfied with the trip. The room was clean and spacious, and the food selection was plentiful, though a bit pricey. Overall, the kids had a great time, making it a fantastic choice!

Been coming to this resort for over a decade yearly. Hospitality is world class, from the welcome drinks at the reception, daily activities for families/couples, exclusive beach front that is guests only, three different swimming pools; hotel rooms, villa rooms, different cuisines for food, to staff members that are extremely friendly. We loved everything about this place. So original in its atmosphere from what we see in North America. We had a 2 bdrm unit. It was over 1000 sq feet with a balcony and dinner table. Gardens were spectacular. Pools were amazing. Luxury all around.

We stayed here for 10 days, and we absolutely loved it. The customer service was the best we have ever experienced. The people are all so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. The grounds are incredibly beautiful! We will be back!

The check-in with the lei and bell-ringing ceremony was a nice touch. The room and pool were clean. The hotel is also super convenient, just a two-minute walk to a small plaza. Very comfortable for families with kids.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, and the hotel's facilities for children need an upgrade. The pool only has one inflatable slide, and there was a lot of sand on the bottom, which chafed both my husband's and my feet. The villas are more suited for couples; the courtyards have a very exotic feel, but there aren't many activities. This hotel needs to do more to cater to families with children
