For our last night in Phuket, we chose a hotel close to the airport. The room was really spacious and clean! The large sofa could even fit one person comfortably. There wasn't anyone at the front desk who spoke Chinese, and most of the hotel guests were foreigners; we rarely saw Chinese or even other Asian guests. My family and I had an enjoyable time. We stayed in the hotel. It’s clean and the room is spacious. The only thing is that you have to request for basic amenities like toothbrush or shaver etc. unless the cleaner of the day forgot to restock. Service is above and beyond. Love the buffet breakfast. Having Starbucks in the hotel is a plus. The gym is fully equipped and had a good workout too.

We loved everything about this place. So original in its atmosphere from what we see in North America. We had a 2 bdrm unit. It was over 1000 sq feet with a balcony and dinner table. Gardens were spectacular. Pools were amazing. Luxury all around.

Exceptional service from one of the staff at the deli. Had to wait for a few hours before check in, she was attentive, diligent and apparently came with exceptional memory. Located in a quiet relaxing family friendly area of Phuket away from the hustle and bustle. They even have a tennis court and offer lessons. There’s also a turtle shelter and offer turtle feeding 5 days a week.

The facilities are quite new, but the location is a bit out of the way. It's fine if you have a car.

Resort is great. Staff is helpful. Although checkout was a disaster. After I had paid they ran up and said we have more bills for you to sign. Ridiculous. Other than checkout it was a dream vacation. The resort is for families. So if you are looking for adult time that is not possible.

Scope for Improvement : 1) They should run a shuttle bus to the shopping spots, Flight viewing, etc. It's a beautiful resort but everything closes early. I think this hotel is good, right next to the sea, you can walk there, not far from the airport. The restaurant is a buffet with a variety of food. I really like the breakfast here. There is a long but not wide swimming pool, but that makes me feel comfortable. The disadvantage is that at night the hotel here is quite dark and far from the community. Excellent hotel, perfect for those who love a calm getaway or need a quiet spot after a noisy night in Patong before flying home. It’s right near the airport, and you can easily call a taxi to anywhere. The 7-Eleven is a 10-12 minute walk or just 3 minutes by bike (free from reception). Be prepared that after 7 PM, everything quiets down -it’s a super peaceful area with no one on the streets
