My family and I had an enjoyable time. We stayed in the hotel. It’s clean and the room is spacious. The only thing is that you have to request for basic amenities like toothbrush or shaver etc. unless the cleaner of the day forgot to restock. Service is above and beyond. Love the buffet breakfast. Having Starbucks in the hotel is a plus. The gym is fully equipped and had a good workout too.

This was my second stay at this Renaissance. The first time, the villa area was under renovation, and this time, the pool was being renovated, so we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. We loved everything about this place. So original in its atmosphere from what we see in North America. We had a 2 bdrm unit. It was over 1000 sq feet with a balcony and dinner table. Gardens were spectacular. Pools were amazing. Luxury all around.

We stayed here for 10 days, and we absolutely loved it. The customer service was the best we have ever experienced. The people are all so friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. The grounds are incredibly beautiful! We will be back!

Loved everything about this place! Close to the beach and to town, Complimentary breakfast was appreciated. People need to keep in mind it is complimentary, not made to order. Our stay at Sai Kaew House was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially with arranging transportation, which made everything much easier for us. there was a very good restaurant close by, making it convenient to enjoy a nice meal nearby. A comfortable and well-located place to stay for a good price.

There's pretty bad soundproof and stinky from outside in this room. Additionally one of twin beds was creaking when lie down. Location is just highway nothing around. To get for some grocery store you have to cross it. I'd recommend in case if you have only motorbike and also earplugs if you don't want wake up at 6am cause they keep roosters in the hotel

I really like this place, individual bungalows with small balcony and parking. Not too near most stuff but perfect for people with motorbike or car looking for somewhere to stay In northern Phuket. Mai Khao beach is local which is one of my favourite in all of Phuket, a short journey away is Nai Yang, Nai Thon and the airport. I would definitely stay there again next time I’m in Phuket.

Value for money place, service was polite but not overtly friendly. Place is quiet with good sized well maintained rooms. There are is a local convinience store round the corner along with an eaterie but food wasn't too exciting. There is a nice beach 25mims walk away with some reataurants beach side.
