Natai Beach Resort – 2-Night Stay Review

I recently stayed at Natai Beach Resort for two nights, and first of all, I would like to thank the entire team for making our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our visit.

I stayed in Room 1*3. While the room was comfortable and functional, it does feel quite dated. I completely understand that every resort has its own character, and I'm very open-minded about that. However, I believe the room and its surrounding areas would greatly benefit from some renovation.

The exterior wall facing the garden is covered with green moss, which gives the area an aged appearance. I also noticed several potted plants that were dry or dead. Replacing them with healthy, vibrant plants would instantly enhance the beauty of the surroundings and create a much more welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast experience, unfortunately, was not very memorable. The food was acceptable, but the overall setup and ambiance felt rather plain and lacked the warmth expected from a beachfront resort. Even small details can make a big difference. For example, the cutlery was placed directly on the placemat without a napkin, which is something I hope the team can improve for better hygiene and presentation.

One highlight of breakfast was the egg station, which was excellent. The freshly prepared eggs were delicious and definitely stood out.

I also want to give special recognition to Khun Tee at the pool bar. He provided outstanding service, was genuinely friendly, and demonstrated excellent upselling skills. He personally recommended the steak dinner, which convinced us to try it—and we were glad we did. The company is fortunate to have someone like him, as he creates a positive guest experience while naturally promoting the resort's offerings.

Dinner itself was enjoyable, and the food was good. However, just like breakfast, I believe the restaurant's atmosphere and table setup could be more inviting. A more thoughtfully designed dining ambiance would make the experience feel more memorable and in line with the resort's beautiful location.

What I loved most about Natai Beach Resort was the stunning sunset, the peaceful beach, the beach activities, the swimming pool, and the beautiful lobby. These are the highlights that make the resort special.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. With some improvements to the guest rooms, landscaping, and the breakfast and dinner ambiance, I believe this resort has the potential to offer an even more exceptional experience.

I sincerely hope that when I return in the future, I'll see refreshed rooms, enhanced restaurant ambiance, and an even stronger team delivering the excellent hospitality that we experienced. Thank you once again, and I look forward to visiting Natai Beach Resort again someday.

I went here to celebrate my cousins 50th birthday, lovely picturesque resort, very quiet and situated very far from everything. So you will need a taxi to commute.

The hotel needs some TLC urgently, and my room smelt moudly when the air conditioning was turned off.

This resort has only one restaurant. The breakfast staff were really friendly, especially Isha, Devie, and Hadid. However, Ms Jenna is lacking in personality.

The Thai massage treatment was very good.

This hotel is not a 5 star, as it does not live up to the expectation.
