The most fantastic place on the west coast of Thailand. This is definitely the number one hotel. I will come here again and again. Service is 5 plus. Attitude, cuisine, territory. The location is only 20 minutes from Phuket airport. Authentic style, and the unique nature of Southern Thailand not overloaded with Phuket tourists. I recommend 100 out of 100.

The hotel is very beautiful, located right on the shore, the beach is long, there is a feeling that this is not the Andaman Sea, but already the ocean. The territory is very well maintained, the staff is excellent! They cook deliciously. It takes only 25 minutes to get from Phuket Airport. There are shuttle buses to the Tesco supermarket

The hotel has several types of rooms, some low-level and some high-level. I recommend taking a good-level room. Very low-level breakfast in a non-air-conditioned place. The beach is amazing. The pool is also pleasant. There are several small restaurants and taxi and laundry services nearby.

Excellent hotel and a lovely location . Joon the front desk manager and all her team were great
Jenny- Pat - miin- Joy - sum all were great and very helpful with everything. Outside the hotel taxi service Mr one and his team were superb they took us to all the excursions very good team and very helpful. Planning to be back in December. Thank you Natai beach resort for a lovely stay.

I went here to celebrate my cousins 50th birthday, lovely picturesque resort, very quiet and situated very far from everything. So you will need a taxi to commute.
The hotel needs some TLC urgently, and my room smelt moudly when the air conditioning was turned off.
This resort has only one restaurant. The breakfast staff were really friendly, especially Isha, Devie, and Hadid. However, Ms Jenna is lacking in personality.

This hotel is not a 5 star, as it does not live up to the expectation.

My wife and I stayed here for 8nights. The staff were very friendly, the facilities were good but far from new. The resort was very quiet with only a small number of guests. This was nice but took away from the atmosphere a bit. The location is relatively remote. The restaurant was good with a good range of choice.The weather was overcast and raining so they only opened to pool bar one of the days we were there. If your looking for a quite place to chill out and relax then this will be good fit. If you want something with more energy and excitement then there may be a better fit.

Peaceful and luxorious experience by the sea. Great property, clean and large rooms with very good condition, probably the best staff ever, tasty fine dining experience of local and international foods at the restaurant. And also many other facilities. 10/10

Absolutely stunning resort in a quiet location. We arrived in wet season June/July, but still managed to have a few sunny days. The resort is nice, needs a bit of work in a few areas. Huge shout out to Jenny at reception who went above and beyond to help us with so many different things like getting in to town, showing us all the different amazing adventures we can go on in the area. She even helped us on her days off! Thank you for the love and care shown.

The food was good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was nice and friendly every single day. We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary, and it was a perfect place for it to be by the beach too. I felt sad leaving on my last day because the restaurant staff was so nice and friendly to us the days we came to eat there. There was always someone at the front desk to help you with a taxi or schedule a massage or any question or questions you needed to ask them.

Giving 5 stars across the board because it was just honestly that good!
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and absolutely worth it! They have some options that would change each day too which was cool.
The beach is beautiful and kept very clean (as were the rest of the resort grounds). There are 3 cool little snorkeling areas right there available to you which I personally loved! They also have masks and snorkels available for folks who would like to check them out.
I only took one star off service because sometimes the wait for food and drinks at the pool bar wasn’t worth it. That’s more just something to keep in mind because I would 1000% love to come back and stay here.
Overall I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area!
